they are only "tough" on the players. They don't want to lose their inside sources by going at any of the FO dudes lol. The Media and the so called fans (not us insane idiots who are here no matter what) are all full of hot air and always have been lol. But they will ask softball questions and then write whatever hit piece that gets them clicks about the players (which tbf may be deserved at this point).

Remember Kate Fagan (I think)? She asked Doug a "tough" question and got sent to the dead zone right after lol.

Frankly, I don't understand these press conferences, why are they even taking place. It's like in a communist country! In fact, I bet there is more freedom and juice there, at least some subtle remark
here and there or a an opposing view just to make it appear more interesting. I'd say the Sixers org is even more afraid of the truth than an average communist party lol. Journalists ask dumb questions that sound like they were handed to them by the Sixers PR, Nurse gives lame excuses, it's boring and uncessary. How can these journalists, who I assume are not stupid, even sit there and take part in all that?

Embiid is now a liability on defense. He cant defend out on the peremeter and he no longer can defend the rim. If we are keeping him he has to be paired with better rim deterants .

Ngl, this would all be much more bleak if the Eagles had not won the Super Bowl. There's no team I want to see win more than the Sixers, but when you compare the Eagles organization to ... this ... the Sixers don't even deserve success with how inept they've been run since Hinkie was forced out.

if not for Kate Fagan, we'd probably still be in the Eddie Jordan era. Her takedowns of him were legendary.

Someone posted on reddit the Saltics were doubling Jo and giving Oubre the Ben Simmons / PJ Tucker treatment last night. As much as I like Oubre, his terrible shooting is a killer. He needs to be relegated to a bench role if the team wants to win.

OTOH he will do a fine job as a tank commander getting big minutes.

Someone in the organization needs to dox those doctors. Their licenses need to be suspended.

TBF even our "shooters" were missing wide open shots. Oubre made sure he'd always cut during any of the Biid doubles early on....later it was moreso them trying to keep pace

BUT dude is shooting sub 28% from deep on the year...and thats rough.

Give Justin Edwards the Oubre minutes when he’s healthy.

I like Oubre too. I just think he would be better coming off the bench as a energy wing/occasional starter .

I think next season it's imperative to put a bigger forward at the 4 who can rebound, shotblock and stretch the floor. Who? IDK
