The Golden State Warriors are signing wing Taran Armstrong to a two-way contract. Armstrong has played for the Cairns Taipans in Australia's NBL this season.
In 20 games with Cairns this season, Armstrong averaged 16.9 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game. The 6-foot-6 wing shot 45.9% from the field and 34.3% on three-pointers this season.
Armstrong played collegiately for California Baptist from 2021 through 2023. The 23-year-old has also appeared in AsiaCup Qualifiers for the Australian national team in 2020 and 2024.
