KD would be a good fit with Trae. Jalen and Daniels might be the fun basketball KD is looking to play.

Watch the Suns inquire about Trae Young.

I expect the Suns to go after Kyrie Irving.

Trae looks so defeated after a close (entertaining) defeat.

Tony looks indifferent...

The injuries have been terrible. JJ is second best player and Kobe, Vit, Nance all solid rotation players. The talent has improved. Just need health and time for the young team to grow

Some positive, team approved propaganda...

Young Hawks Growing, Developing While Competing for Postseason

Young, the pick-and-roll maestro, now has an ensemble of wings soaring at both his flanks.

All whirring within Snyder’s motion offense, these Hawks peer towards the clouds when envisioning what this full unit can become next season, once Johnson returns, and the years beyond. “I’m very excited for all the work that we’re doing and the potential we have going forward,” Snyder said. “[We have] young guys that work and are really intentional about their work.” It’s not so mysterious, but it’s certainly important.

For Snyder, it’s [Dyson] Daniels’ progression as a ball handler that should even have the third-year G League Ignite product in the conversation for Most Improved, not just DPOY.

“We think we can propel this team to a championship one day,” said Daniels. “The more we play together, the more chemistry we develop, the more experience we get, the more games we’re going to win.”

I occasionally will feel like the Hawks are the absolute worst franchise in the NBA, then I'm reminded of the clown shows that exist all across this league.

Turns out: winning a championship does not mean you're a championship caliber organization.

Really hope we don't go down this road. Landry and Quin seem to have a healthy relationship, and the upside of this teams looks better than it ever has in the last 10 years. This is one of those situations where staying the course is the best thing possible from the FO/coaching perspective.

They have the opportunity to keep the core and improve the front-court rotation. Add a vet and a draft pick to the front-court and things should improve

I would have no problem moving Mann, Niang and maybe Kobe to better balance the roster

I hope we aren't content in us bringing back all of Nance, Niang, Mann, etc. And drafting 2 rookies.

As much as I'm rooting for Kobe Bufkin to succeed in a Hawks uniform, I expect all three of Niang, Mann and Bufkin to be included in trade talks this summer.

And with his trade value at an all time high...Okongwu will likely receive calls from other teams as well.

It's time to have a real conversation about the Quin Snyder era in Atlanta...

I do wonder if him and Landry are on the same page? Per Landry, this is a developmental season - if so why are we playing Niang, Mann, Levert so many minutes? Particularly if they're not gonna be around next season. Play the young guys and prepare them for next season.

That's interesting, because my complaint is the exact opposite.

I acknowledge the need and benefit for developing young players...but why have Risacher and Mo Gueye been in the starting lineup so much this season when it was painfully clear they weren't ready for those roles? (Admittedly Risacher has been better of late.)

Especially when we were already dealing with inexperienced starters like Okongwu and Dyson.

Because that was Landry's plan. Even Trae said as much regarding conversations when they sat him.down over the summer...tasking him to help the development of the youngins

I find it hard to believe that starting Mo Gueye was in anyone's plan from the start.

No.
JJ's injuries forced that, coupled with Nance's.
Landry actually said the plan was for Mo to stay in the GL all year.
