And Coby on the bench.

What a surprise! I felt like we needed another 2y of evaluation with the aforementioned players.

Other players (even our own players) have talked about the Bulls’ predictability. You could throw out a GLeague squad and have better results than Billy’s had by re-hashing his 3-4 man cores ad nauseum.

But we’re also playing the Sixers. For every Shaqtin a Fool TO Coby and Giddey make, Sixers come right back with another. Nurse is smiling. Knows that the pay off of not giving 2 damns about this game gives him a better chance at getting Flagg. Meanwhile Billy is coaching on the sidelines like this is a playoff game.

Totally bananas if you ask me.

Sixers sucking aside, straight swapping Vuc for Tre Jones in the lineup and the team instantly improving tells quite the story.

People are acting like this team can't choke away a lead.

Honestly though you cant force losses because players dont tank. Some nights, the 10th man will just go crazy or the team will just play super well and win.

This is about as "tank-ish" of a game and lineup we can possibly have.

Coby only has 3pts. Zo has only played 8 minutes. No Vooch. No Ayo. No Pat.

Giddey is playing like an Australian Lebron right now. Huerter has rolled back the clock. And all the young guys are showing out.

Hey thats how it goes sometimes. People obviously cant expect them to lose all games the rest of the season.

Even when deciding to tank the Bulls can't help but be a middling team. The Lavine trade is looking dumber by the day

How can the Sixers suck this badly? They're paying over $84m for Maxey and PG and they can't even beat this Chicago Bulls team that's sitting their leading scorer and rebounder and their 2nd leading scorer is coming off the bench.
Here to argue about nonsensical things and suck away your joy. :kissmybutt:

Absolutely not. We are clearly worse without Zach. Him being gone hasn’t improved improve anyone except Giddey. He is the only player that has significantly improved since Zach left.

Also we are playing possibly the worst team in the NBA tonight.

Giddey is legit doing a his best Luka impression post all-star break so far. I hope this is really sustained progression and not just motivation to get a big contract. This version is an all-star. Hoped he finally breaks 30 tonight.

Against the worst team in the league without Embiid.

Yeah the Bulls can easily fall apart the second half, but I dont sense that will be the case tonight.

Giddey's not getting enough credit for the way he's playing. In a 5 out offense he can be really effective. At 22 he's playing really good ball.

Even with his current play I'd still be hesitant to give him a big contract. He could easily revert back to the player he's been for the past few seasons.

Return to Chicago Bulls
