OKC play the exact same defense on Ant every single time with a shadow zone guy. How is it that we can't figure out the movement, cut, and pass to create some advantages from that?

Calling it a night after 1st half. Really disappointed for this 1-5 stretch of games. Just hope SAC lose to CHA at this point. Going to get blow out at LAL too if we keep playing like tonight.

We keep giving them wide open 3s. The defense keeps breaking down in the exact same ways. Meanwhile we miss so many open shots. Garza missed 3 wide open 3s (supposedly what he is good at,) Naz was a trainwreck between turnovers, bad misses, fouls, and poor defense he might as well have stayed in Minnesota. Jaden was electric in the first quarter, so of course they don’t give him a single shot until midway through the second and only like 3 attempts in the 2nd overall. Ant sorta got stuff going in the mid/late 2nd but not nearly enough. This team just badly needs more firepower and unfortunately it is all on the bench in street clothes.

Tough game. We are out-classed. We are what we are.

That’s where you wrong. Tonight we are who we are without. Having Rudy to help with the rebounding and paint defense would allow more man to man defense and less corner 3s. Having DDV allows Naz’s poor shooting to not kill us. Point Randle would have turnovers, but would also create more opportunities than Dilly. We went in short handed and have had stinkers from Naz, Luka, Jingles, and Dilly. That is tough enough to overcome without a bad whistle and a hot OKC bench.

Trust me, I get the injury situation. That is why we are what we are.

The only positive of the night is to see Rob playing well tonight.

Refs call that outrageous foul on Ant yet miss both Ant getting hacked and the ball getting kicked away. Follow that up with a dive into the legs of Naz no call and that is the kinda whistle we got tonight. I kinda wish Finch would send Miller out to punch SGA in the face or throat. I am not picky, and that is really the only way Miller gets a minute of competitive play this season.

Start to wondering if i hate more SGA than Draymond...talented player but flopping way too much with the approval of Refs.

Anthony Edwards has zero situational awareness. Will shoot you out of a run every time.

Who on the team has the respect to call him out in the locker room? It can’t be Finch, has to come from the players on this one.

SGA>>>Ant. So much more refined and poised. Reliability through the roof. There are levels.

Good old Ant. We start coming back so he chucks a no pass deep 3 early in the shot clock. Leads to a basket the other way. I don’t know if there is a way to make him dumber, but if there is someone found it. Ant just won’t learn.

Follows it up with another unforced turnover. When Ant plays like this you know it is the final 5 minutes.

Finch finally benched Ant. In the words of the Simpsons “Thank you Jeebus!”

Timeout did not advance the ball. He called it 2 seconds too late.
