Good road win against a good team in Portland.

DFS is a total stud defender and a hyper intelligent team player who unlike Vando also gets the offense. Rick Fox in a bigger body. Dirty work, very few mental mistakes. Thrilled to have him. True 3&D two-way player.

Rui is all of that, too. His contribution reminds me of Horry’s. Dirty work, very few mental mistakes. True 3&D two-way player.

Reaves is our freaking Ginobili. Plays both ends. Savant level bright. Gets to the line at will. Team baller, fearless.

Bron on a back to back scoring 40 at 40 and running the break. I’m speechless.

Vincent is finally looking like he did in Miami. Stud. Cold blooded. Plays both ends with great grit.

Goodwin is outplaying Shake Milton for minutes behind Reaves and Vincent. I’m digging his game. Tough defender.

Hayes is going to flourish in AD’s absense. He’s turning out to perhaps be that switchable Center we’ve been looking for. He plays hard on defense and he’s getting better at setting screens by the game.

Jemison is a good big body of six fouls per game who can roll and set screens. It hurts to play him.

Len? What’s up? I hope he’s out of the lineup because he’s in the video room watching tape of how to best defend Jokic. Is he Injured?

Coaches are doing great!!! We need to chill on the three pointer focus. Inside out. Re-post. Inside out. Re-post. A few triangle sets would be unstoppable with Bron and Luka. Loving this coaching staff! Third quarter needs to be tightened up.

Any 40 year old senior citizen getting 40 points against a high calibre nba team would be big news everywhere, but no....since it's Lebron, it goes without any acknowledgement.

Good bounce-back win. Honestly impressed with Trey Jemison moreso than Len, albeit Len has only had a couple games with us. Trey may be clunky with his movements but he provides a level of energy and physicality that this frontcourt lacks. Wouldn't mind converting a roster spot for him.

It's really disgusting how bad the league is. But wins up in Portland (still Rose Garden??) are historically hard to come by, so I enjoy every one of them....even if it's against a husk of their former selves.

Lebron enjoying the 40-40 club! =0)

Tmrw we face Denver. I'm curious to see how that goes. My expectations are admittedly low...but let's see how this looks.

Look, everybody knows. Without AD, it's a Freeway down the middle of the Lane. Which makes This Williams thing still puzzling. Dude is still playing. The report seemed as though he was washed.
Anyways, I'm gonna expend waaaaaayy too much hope in Len, that should be allowed by any man, let alone Laker Fans into this Bum. Let's hope for progress

If JJ doesn’t use Len to defend against Jokic tonight then Im afraid there’s a breakdown of communication between him and Rob because I don’t see any real purpose getting this guy other than guard huge centers. And no I don’t expect him to shut down the Joker but at least make it a bit difficult so the other 4 teammates can limit the Denver’s production.
Huge test for JJ and his staff on how to help Luka when Murray hunts him on defense.

Luka is big enough to be ‘hidden’ on D by bodying up in the post on a SF or PF or even a small C. He’s good at reading and breaking passing lanes and he’s a big obstruction when he gets up in people’s grill. His problem is how to not foul himself out when he plays one on one defense. Move your feet, not your hands, Luka.

We cannot try to use Luka as a POA defender at this point or Hayes will have six fouls in the first quarter.

Len-time, tonight? :D

Hayes is the switchable mobile center we’ve got. He might be the best candidate out there. Let’s roll with him, see what he can do in AD’s absence.

The Lakers starting C job is Hayes’ to loose or keep. Make Jokic play defense. Attack the rim. Get him in foul trouble, Jaxson! Try to win your first matchup with Joker. Big boy pants required.
