Isaac's injuries started with a hyperextension.

Exactly. They are playing with their hands tied behind their back. Meanwhile every team has random dudes coming off the bench effortlessly splashing 3s…
Yeah, people blame them for taking so many shots but they are the only two that do anything. A PG that can score and direct the offense and some shooters are badly needed.
At some point in the season they need to accept that the offense runs through them. We don’t have a PG, so they have to fulfil that role and set others up. They have proven they can do it many times before but they’re just inconsistent switching between that and going and getting a bucket.
I agree they have to accept they have to play the PG position because they have to, and they are capable of playing the position. But this team would be so much better with a PG.

Goga with only 8 minutes... why?
Paolo and Franz played okay tonight. Everyone else just showed up for some cardio.

On one hand, the Cavs are just having one of those nights where you shrug your shoulders.
On the other hand, you can spot us 20 points right now and we'd still be losing on national tv yet again, so they can all go straight to heck.

11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.
- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

SOUL wrote:You could always "theoretically" get more out of guys though. How much is a coach and 3rd stringers expected to pick up the slack of injured players or struggling players?
The FO has always done a great job with depth - but they haven't signed a notable free agent or used any picks at all to acquire any sort of help. That's why until you say that they've stocked the cupboards with a fair shot for our coaching staff, then it's hard to place more blame there than anywhere else.
I'm sure most of the team feels the blame is even everywhere, but there's a difference between a team like us struggling, and then a team capped out $$ wise and with no picks left because they've truly "went for it" and still struggled.
Haven’t we seen time and again that teams loaded with talent doesn’t always equate to a winning/championship product? And often winning teams make rotation guys look like stars and high level role players until they join another team and suddenly their mediocrity is exposed. You said it yourself, KD/Booker/Beal are a theoretically loaded squad but that’s not resulting in W’s for them. Cleveland kept the same squad and changed coaches and became league leaders in offense.
It’s a Venn-diagram where management-coaching-talent all overlap with cohesion. Early in the season Mosley had the guys compensating with hustle and effort, but the bonus effect of that seems to have worn off now and since we have the players we have we need him to help coach the best possible offense out of these guys.
I’m not calling for Mosley’s job, I genuinely like him as a coach. I want management to make changes. I want the players to step up. But Mosley is probably best positioned to make adjustments that will bring positive change today.

Goga hasn't been good for a while now, although has last game was pretty decent.

AI Overview
"A hyperextended knee can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months to heal, depending on the severity of the injury; mild cases may recover within a few weeks with home treatment, while more serious ligament tears could require surgery and take 6 months or more to fully recover. "
Fack .... Get well Cole!

Goga hasn't been good for a while now.
Wendell hasn’t been good all season but that bum keeps getting gifted starting roles and minutes.
