Reggie isn't, and rightfully so, considered an alltime great player because he rarely dominated anything. He had his moments. He was feisty which Curry isn't.

Reggie was slender but he still had muscle. Steph isn't fat but he's soft.

Honest question, do you have eyes?
This place is a cesspool of mindless ineptitude, mental decrepitude, and intellectual lassitude. I refuse to be sucked any deeper into this whirlpool of groupthink sewage. My opinions have been expressed. I'm going to go take a shower.

The rules were a bit different in the 90's. and consequently offensive and defensive behavior. Man to man defenses wouldn't help Curry much. Neither would post based offense. Lot of iso ball, less ball circulation, hardly any off ball movement. There wouldn't be that much going Curry's way back then. I think with the 90's rules his ratio of open 3's to thight defended 3's would differ a lot. Which would lower his efficiency, and make it less probable that any coach would direct their offense through him or his 3 point shooting.

Besides that, all careers are made or broken by team results. The reason why we are talking this much about Curry is because of the Warriors dynasty. But it didn't start when Kerr came along, Draymond became DPOY/All Defensive, even in a lesser popular way Iguodala's leadership came aboard. There are too many other factors to Curry's succes which are not guaranteed in the 90's. The odds of him becoming the focal point of a championship team in the 90's would not be that high.

I see him being a top 10 at best.
