Surprised no one has mentioned Rickey Green, PG for the Utah Jazz in the early 80s. Was the fastest player on the court in that decade.

we in Europe, had this guy Bo McCalebb, and he wasn't a shooter, just a short slasher, and he was amazing. He had no business being as good as he was. I still feel Bo never got a fair chance in the NBA... was always perplexed he is in Europe and not NBA.

Never got any chance in the NBA.

Bo played at a lower level college (New Orleans) from 2003-04 to 2007-08, wasn't drafted, was just 6' tall. Averaged 24 pts/g and 3-4 ast/g his last couple of years in school.

But he couldn't shoot, career college numbers of just 33% on 3s and a 67% FT%. What he could do was draw fouls and get to the FT line at a high rate, and rebound well for his size. But little guys from small schools that can't shoot rarely get a chance in the NBA regardless of what else they can do.

Has had a hellavu career overseas however.
