2ND Q: SPURS 46 ROCKETS 64
Still the same two starters scoreless.
Sigh.
At least Castle is getting some burn. Only 2-8 but making things happen on D. Hey let's keeping letting him learn to play through inefficiency and figure things out.
Keldon has been consistently energetic and awesome.
Kind of feel sorry for the vets. Came here for the PO run and they're in roles suited for that purpose but priorities have likely shifted.
We know what we are getting from them.
We need to see how all other guys play for their spots on the team next year.
To that end, they should be given a chance to show something.
More Castle. More Sochan.
Maybe Blake and Malaki if we haven't given up on them completely. Or bring up some of our G-Leaguers.
Dev definitely has a role, just not as starting 3. Wouldn't mind Castle starting again. Or them switching playing together/subbing out for one another.

Nice fast break. Ball didn't touch the floor. Two passes and layup. Nice.

4TH Q: SPURS 105 ROCKETS 118
Considering we were down nearly 30 at one point, this is respectable, if a loss can be described such a way.
Devin led the starters with 9 points
Bench was terrific: outscored theirs 79 -- SEVENTY-NINE!!! to 35. Alas they played their starters so... yeah.
We were led by Keldon and Stephon's 22 each.
Hope Sochan will be ok.
Let's see, what else... got demolished on the boards again 60-41 and 20-12 on O boards. Went super small ball a lot of the game again. Et voila.
Only 8TOs is terrific. 27 assists is decent.
3s % is was a toilet flush tonight - 7-39.
Hard to defend and protect the rim if we're super small; hard to score if we're so inefficient. This concludes tonight stating of the obvious. At least the right guys continued to play hard.
