really liked what I saw from Huk. Hope he recovers well.
Can we get one of those injury/hardship things? We could use every cent to sign a min level player...

Sims as a Buck -- 62 min 14 rebs 2 pts. I would have thought a guy 6'10" with a 44" vertical would be more productive.

What is his +/-?

Call up Moses Brown or McCullar

Play small lineups :banghead:

Moses Brown started for the Mavericks last night. He played 30 minutes, scored 20 points, 9/14 FGs, 11 rebounds, +14.

He was on our D-league team all season. could have added him for rim protection at any time...
But Landry Shamet was more important.

And I'm done with the Jericho Sims experience.

Yeah, Sims sucks hard.

Sims is like a create a character that has all the archtypes you want but you had no VC so he's stuck at a 60 overall.

He's that dude when you show up to the playground you fear playing against him and want him on your team, then he just stands there the whole game.

Either way, i have been saying that we need 4 pure centers, 4 rim stoppers, on the roster since before KAT trade.
Getting KAT may ease it to some degree, but still need a ton of depth, particularly for our defensive system.
Unless we are going to get the Lakers whistles, we are not going to be able to get away with limited center options.

Completely sure that he already has a back-end part of this deal settled. The only thing is that Knicks will probably sign him first regardless of need, then sign whatever is left (probably some random out of no where with no intent to be used in a game).

The smartest thing to do would be to sure up Moses after his 10 days in Dallas then sign TJ ASAP. Most of his money will be made in the playoffs and off a potential 2nd year, so I think that will be fine.

Also think Knicks could go full circumvention and sign Warren as a coach, then convert him to a player when they can. That would be master pimp move.

So you're thinking sign Moses when his 10 days are up and sign TJ (in the last 10 days of the regular season)? What roster spot are you going to use (since that adding both would make 16 players on the roster - where 15 is the maximum). Cut Delon Wright I guess? (Or Shamet - but he seems to have some current use for Thibs.)

So now that Hukporti is injured we are forced to play Mitch 30 plus minutes a night after missing most of the season? I'm sorry, but Thibs needs to go.

Hopefully he can get back before playoffs or is he done for this season?

Yup. Wright/Shamet one of those guys has to go.

Wishing Huk a smooth recovery and hope he can prosper in his career after that, i was really liking the potential he showed, to me he looks like he can be a starter in this league

Lets snatch Moses Brown once his 10 day with Dallas is up, we def need it so as not to push Mitch's playing time too much too soon

Huk news is still such a drag. He'll be back but I love how aggressive he is. He's got a ferocity that if he stops bouncing around like a pogo stick out there he could really be a force.

 I used to call him a generic athletic video game center. I'm glad somebody who actually plays those games sees it too.

The pogo stuff seemed recent, like he was full of Jolt Cola or something. I don't recall that jittery movement earlier in the season.

I like that he can put the ball on the floor from over ten feet away and make a coherent drive to the basket (which Mitch did last night, hello?). Huk feels like he's very close to being a legit NBA Center, but it is impossible to know for sure without getting more reps.
