TJ Shannon has been so good...dude might already be one of the best transition players in the league

As good as Ant can be, games like this show how much better the offense looks when he isn't out there. TSJ at 13, Jaden at 15, Naz at 16, and the rest spread among the role players. Fun so far.

I have historically been in the Tatum is overrated crowd, but one thing that is noticeable with him is that he is really willing to play within flow and create that type of ball movement. He still takes some iso possessions and pull up dribble 3's, but the base of their possessions is him playing within the flow and being an initiator/finisher. That's a realization that I had with this comment -- I think Ant needs to grow in this area and be willing to play that way and find his spots to iso/slow things down .

Finch let them go on an 11 nothing run and still didn’t call timeout. Enough said.

27-4 run in 6:30 of play. This is against a 14-44 team. I lack the words to express my dismay.

Seems like Garza can only against Jazz.

I can't wait until we get our full deck and have him be the bench scorer with Randle.

How about that Luka Garza? 16 pts and a plus 11. Not bad for a guy who can't play.
Jaden, Naz and TS Jr are killing it. Who needs Ant?

Re: Game 61: Wolves (32-28) @ Jazz (14-44)
It was wonderful watching Walker Kessler singlehandedly snuff our first 4 offensive possessions of the 2nd half and lead them on a big run with his defense.
Gonna probably lead the league in offensive rebounds and blocks this year.
Who needs that when you can have an aging Rudy Gobert with a bad back missing games and making way too much money.
Utah trying really hard to tank and give us this one throwing Collier and Filipowski out there we'll see if we can take a game they are trying to give us.

We need them to take us home. It is nice to have the multiple scorers, but we need Naz or Jaden to go full alpha and win this one.

Re: Game 61: Wolves (32-28) @ Jazz (14-44)
TJ has got to be able to pull the trigger on the wide open threes.
Love the rest of his game but the ability to hit catch and shoot threes is going to determine his ceiling in this league.
Naz Reid as your starting center just isn't a palatable situation, as much as I hate how much Rudy drags down the offense.

Naz Reid is picking right up where Ant left off with the idiotic late game chucking.

We need rudy back asap.. not that it matters until Finch is gone.
Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
