This sounds much less nefarious, especially coming directly from Suggs, than the last four pages of this thread would lead you to believe.

Suggs is a warrior. I honestly think the dude would go out there and play on a broken leg. And that’s part of why I think he has had this injury longer than originally thought.

We're really close to the 10th worst record. I think that's the direction I'd go.

Here’s PRR talking about the Suggs knee injury October 8th 2022. By most of the video’s I’ve seen talking about that specific injury he should have missed some games to start the 2022-23 season but he only sat out the final two preseason games and was back to playing in 12 days to start the regular season. Same knee, same exact location of injury now. That knee has to be questionable he also hurt the same knee in game two vs Cav’s last season and it didn’t look good but he missed no time at all. He’s got a ridiculously high pain threshold.

Get the surgery and bring him back next season making a full recovery. NO reason to rush back in an already lost season.

Yea, he’s absolutely looking for the next pg with no pg skills or the next Jett Howard. Wait lol we will have two first round picks so he can draft another AB and Jett

We all know Suggs would probably play on one leg. Sorry I don't trust his own judgement.

Has there ever been a player that has missed the number of games Suggs has this early in their career and then magically became a healthy, reliable player for the remainder of it? I'd be very surprised if there has, if I'm the Magic front office I'm seriously considering trading him by the deadline next year. Lets not Greg Oden this.

I’m sorry but that sounds like a delusional response by Suggs. Surgery is an option type injury but he hopes to come back….

At what point are the Magic going to clean house with Martins, Weltman, the entire training staff?? Track record of handling injuries is atrocious. Where are they finding these doctors?

It’s the only way he wakes up from a nap to add personnel.

They won't shut down Paolo or Franz even if it would be a good idea. But they should really take the rest of the year to give black and Jett heavy minutes to at least see what they have and if they can be part of the core going forward.

Mosley said that Suggs didn't get an MRI until the other day... In-com-pe-tence.

Didn't he need an MRI to get the thigh bruise contusion diagnosis? He hurt his leg, I cannot imagine them not getting an MRI around that time. This might have been the more recent injury. But either way, he need to be shut down and heal properly.

I know this isn’t a thread about the owners BUT something has to be said about them and the total mismanagement of the team from the top to the bottom. So many injury and odd injuries this season on top of it all. And the DeVos family just keep getting a pass.
