I’d enjoy a win but would be happy with better lotto odds too. I know the team won’t ‘tank’ but the better the pick, the better a trade package could be. That’s where I’m at. This season is a sunk cost at this point.

No shame in that.

There are some fans that always get mad about stuff like that and want to win every game, but realistically in a season like this it really doesn't matter. There were a lot of Washington Commanders fans against rooting for losses last year, but the losses got them Jayden Daniels, so I would guess most are OK now.

It's also why I would prioritize playing AB, Jett and TDS over Cole, Gary, Isaac etc. I don't really care about the latter's development or even want them on the team going forward.

Make no mistake the East is just too bad to tank in, but I'm just saying as a general point.

I just don't trust this team to manufacturer points easy enough to say this is a definite win. The last time they played the raptors they spanked the magic. I have no clue what's going to happen but one thing I know is for certain... I won't be watching lol...

Ingram won't suit up for Raptors this year, right?

No

But why? We are a play in team no matter what. May as well improve the draft odds. Drafting is the only thing that Weltman has proven he can "sometimes" get right.

In a world where Paolo and Franz are franchise players this team makes the playoffs. Even after all the adversity we've faced we are getting healthy and in a position to make the playoffs. Failure to do so would be alarming.

The season goal was to win a playoff series, we are on track to loose a playoff series in first round. Not bad enough to panic, season gad some positives to build on.
My next realistic goal is to get over 500 and a quest starts today.

Draft odds are based on playin results, not the record. We may win as many reg season games as possible but still draft higher if bounced from a 7 seed.

That's what I'm looking for. Finish above .500 win through the play-in while putting up a fight in the first round.
