Bouyea is a little more interesting than Nance imo. Really good in the G league this year. Averaged 20/4/4 on 36% from 3 and over 1 block a game as a 6'2 guard. He likely won't play at all this season but I'm intruiged to see him in summer league and preseason next year. That said he's about to be 26 so limited upside here
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

No one is offering Rollins more than or anything close to his early bird rights amount. They’ll be able to keep him if they want to. That might be driven by what happens with KPJ and Trent and if they add another SG this offseason.

I think it was a combo of that, & not being overly high on him to the pt they were exploring buyout options but couldn't find 1 better so just signed him for this season. Doing things like not dressing may have alienated him. This gives him nominal freedom.

I don't think he's doing better than the recent multi-year conversion deals, so I doubt he'd have turned that down if it was just offered originally. While from our end I'd have liked the cost-certainty. They're thinking of KPJ, Trent, the apron/tax, etc.

At least he's on for this season. I posited he's the 2nd best theory for the starting 2, after Green. If he did seize that role somehow, then the $ we'd have to match is much higher, and they'd regret it.

Don't we still have the extra roster spot exception due to Bobby's suspension? Wouldn't rule out us adding another guy and then waiving Livingston's non-guaranteed deal.

I wonder if the Bucks didn't want to commit a contract to Rollins now because of the impending shoulder surgery?

So no Moses Brown for us? The Knicks are about to sign him? He's either going to play 40 mins or none.

Rollins defensive metrics are looking very good. Hes got some offensive tools, kind of, but not consistent yet. If he can hit league average from 3 he will be a decent player for us.

That's all the more reason he should be committed to, since it indicates room for improvement in future seasons, & in this one he suffered for their sins of not securing better guard options over the yrs.

I would still prefer Rollins locked on a min deal even if it was only for next season instead of just having his RFA rights.

Is this a confirmed thing? That he's having shoulder surgery.

No, but I can confirm he still has issues with it, and everyone with this injury ends up with surgery.

Wonder what you guys thought of Marjon Beauchamp. Did he show the defensive potential to get minutes from someone like Thibs?

Let's bring Thanasis home for the final stretch run and watch Gianni's FT% go back up to 70.

He's nothing more than an end of bench guy for garbage time.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Genuinely surprised someone gave him a chance on a 2-way. His best minutes were inoffensive, his worst completely lost. There's NBA talent in there, I'm not sure you'll ever find an NBA player. He got some burn early last season with Griffin and wasn't the worst but also didn't exactly prove anything as an already 23 year old second year guy. Watching him throughout the summer leagues, G-League and whatever NBA time he got he seemed to have a pretty inflated self worth and when that got rattled seemed to have confidence issues. Feels like his potential is a super run of the mill end of rotation wing who excel at nothing. You guys had Moe Harkless. His potential is Moe Harkless. Somehow that dude carved out a 10 year career, maybe Marjon can float his way around.
