I was floored when he brought Curry back in the 4th with 6 minutes left and a huge lead. I mean, he tweaked his ankle again and they have a huge game tomorrow against the Knicks. For a coach that constantly worries about Curry's minutes, why in the world did he bring him back in with game being over?

When does the complaining about Steve ever end? Had they made it close if Steph sat, you'd call Steve an idiot for sitting Steph.

Why doesn't Steve Kerr hop on Jimmy Butler's back like Ratatouille and make him shoot the ball more?????

But teams are guarding them and leaving Dray and Podz open? You want Moody and Post to take more contested shots?

I would like to see Moody shoot more, but he's so damn passive far too often. No one is mistaking him for a star in this league, but he'll have those moments in time where he looks like he's earning his upcoming contract extension.

He was even more passive when the Warriors had more shooters on the team in the past (Curry, Klay, Wiggins, Poole). It's almost as if he doesn't want to be player that shoots the Warriors out of games, especially with Curry playing. They tossed him into G-League, and he had no problem scoring 25+ ppg there.

Moody is +77 on the season, so overall he isn't killing the team. I just wish he did more. Maybe he can't.

he's been more aggressive this season and has pretty much stopped passing the ball when he's in any type of scoring position. He's not an elite shooter and can't really get his shot off as quickly as Klay could. He doesn't have that unconsciousness that Klay had. I'm not sure what more you want from him.

Podz shot 4/11 from 3. He makes 1 more and he's at 45%.

Did you watch the game? All of it? Did you not see several times where Curry was open, unguarded, and Podz ignored him and either held or shot the ball? And this is nothing new, either. Draymond, for all of his flaws, gets Curry the ball. It's obvious that there is no real game plan for either Butler or Curry, running the offense through them. Instead, it's always the motion offense, pass, pass, pass. In Podz's case, when he gets the ball, he likes to hold the ball, pound the rock, and "create" something -- which he doesn't do well at all. Podz is probably the poorest player of anyone on the roster when it comes to executing what Kerr wants (motion and passing) but because Kerr sees himself in Podz, he will always be a favorite and get unlimited minutes and playing time.

A good coach recognizes his team's offensive strengths and makes adjustments. Kerr refuses to change anything, ever (or rarely), and instead, forces everyone to play "his" way. This team has limits; the roster is flawed. But it also could be so much better with a coach that is more aware and adaptable. But that's not who Steve Kerr is or what he does.

They sag off the bad shooters, and Curry might have been missed on 2 passes total for the game. If you watched the game you'd see Steph blanketed almost the entire time. We lack a strong shooting guard, Podz is more of a backup/energy type guy. It's a roster flaw that teams are able to sag off Green and Podz, but sure keep blaming Steve for everything. I'm sure you complained all 2022 as well.

When the role players hit their shots, I notice you don't complain about Steve. Some nights these guys will hit their shots, some nights they won't. I don't see you complaining about Buddy shooting, because he had a good night. And whining about motion while at the same time saying Green finds Curry is hilarious, because he's using the motion offense to get Steph open.

The bottom line is this team will be as good as the non-shooters are on offense. There's no magical set of plays to make teams sag off of Steph and guard Podz/Green tight. Podz and Green will have to hit some shots for us to succeed, which is an unfortunate roster position to be in.

Apparently, in your eyes, Steve Kerr is the best coach in basketball. He never does anything wrong, right? I'm just not sure how you or any objective person can look at the coaching job Kerr has done the last few years and say he's done a good job. The Warriors have blown more leads than ANY other team in basketball. It's truly staggering. His small ball fetish, playing 3 and 4 guard lineups, is a joke around the league. Telling the FO to NOT get a center and forcing and old Draymond Green with back problems to start at the 5 and play heavy minutes is yet another example of Kerr's stupidity.

We all know this roster has many holes. Getting Jimmy has helped. But Kerr's thought process is the biggest problem the Warriors have. I'm not going to go through it all. Those of us who've followed it know all too well the truth. Kerr hates Curry on the ball; he hates pick-n-roll; he hates size; he want to play and "win" his way. He's not adaptable. He's terrible at developing young players.
He's let Draymond Green destroy the locker room without any consequences.

Sure, 4 titles is something. But never has a coach done less to get so much credit as this guy. As Iggy has pointed out several times (including recently at his jersey retirement ceremony), none of this happens without Steph Curry. No titles. Nothing. And Kerr likely would have been fired sooner than Mark Jackson was.

So yes, I, and many others will continue to "whine," about how he's coaching. He's actually been the worst coach in the league the last few seasons, as he continues to tweak and play the smallest lineup in the league.

But sure, live in your world and tell yourself Kerr is an amazing coach who always makes the right move at the right time. In fantasy, no one can hurt you, right?

Just a bunch of hyperbolic nonsense.

Of course Steve makes mistakes, but he shouldn't be the punching bag for almost everything that goes wrong. 19 point win and you're hear ranting about Steve. Just hilarious. Funny how when we picked up Jimmy Butler we won a bunch of games? It's been the roster all year, despite your ranting -- and it still has a big flaw at SG without an easy Xs & Os solution.
