We will likely end up as the 7th or 8th seed.

That matches us against Cleveland or Boston.

Its our year boys and girls.

Please no to Boston, that matchup has become so stale and also don’t want them running up their record against us with a decimated team.

Averages 27-6-4-1-1 on 64TS% this year while tracking as his teams best defender.

Still a top 10 player in the league, are we sure we don’t want him? I get the age concerns but I mean how fast is the decline going to come? I think he will age well up until
40 and be a legitimate 20PPG guy on high efficiency up until then, after that point I’m not sure. The lure to come play with him Bam and Spo in Miami will be massive too.

If you’re holding out for Luka, Ant, or something cool but you better be doing everything in your power to land those guys when the opportunity comes up, none of this low balling dick swinging nonsense we try to do in every negotiation. If Luka extends this is a no brainer and even if he doesn’t we WILL be interested just like we have been every single time he’s been available.

Yes, KD would be a great addition. And I would everything to get him ...for money.

I would not trade anyone. He is too old

White Hot playoffs generates good revenue even in a gentleman’s sweep lol. The bright side is tanking in peace in 2026 with our pick free and clear. Tank for Dybansta, Peterson, or Cam Boozer

Peterson might be THAT dude. Cant say we have great tank chances with all the injuries this year.

You're usually on top of this type of news lmao off day? In all seriousness, that's one hell of a compliment to come from such an elite defender about Bam.

Gotta give it to Mitchell. He's leaning into the next paycheck admirably.

AD is perfect next to Bam. Hes amazing but injury riddled as a mother. That was never more evident than his first game as a Mav. Went supernova, then done for the season. Never a more AD game than that....sadly.

I still remember in the bubble Finals when he went down. Lebrons face said it all. Its over. Then their voodoo doctor transferred his maladies to Miami and knocked out Bam and Dragic.

Zion tearing it up lately, can we dream about him instead of KD? At least he fits our timeline, and he more than just about anyone can benefit from some "Heat culture". There would be injury and spacing concerns, but that's a project I'd be excited to take on.

A lot of talk about him near the deadline, some wanted him for Jimmy, others did not. I personally would have because he has the clause or whatever on his contract to void it if he doesn’t play a certain amount of games. Medium risk, massive reward and it seems like it’s time to part ways.
