#Cavs are rolling with Garland, Mitchell, Strus, Mobley and Allen tonight in the first five. De’Andre Hunter returns to the bench.

We are surviving some woes from the 3P line the last few games. Glad to get them out of the way and with wins

Hunter made an "easy", but great read for a Mobley lob in the clutch against the Heat zone. I've seen him more willing to pass, but he's not really generating anything easy for others. He continues to just knock down shots tho

That's good! It is far off but can't wait until the #1 seed in the East can be clinched.

Idk if Kenny will take games off though because he said when he was on the staff, he thought that was the 2015 Hawks problem, they weren't ready.

I'm not liking how Allen is increasingly shut out of the offense even when theres a tactical advantage to using him. Making guys like Tatum and Bam work to defend him is something we should be doing more of, not less.

It was hard to tell this game bc he wasn't playing super well, but I think KA may be resting him. Allen said his goal was to play 82 games so I think they are finding creative ways to build in rest for him.

In the last 11 games, he's played a total of a minute and 19 seconds over 30 minutes. The last four games, despite Portland overtime, he's played 23:43 in Boston, 26:01 against Portland, 30:10 in Chicago (no Mobley in this game), and 25:27 against Miami. We know in Boston it was a strategic choice to take him out (rest could have also played a role, but idk).

I'm talking about how uninvolved he is in the offense when he is out there.

Its not like he has a "bag" though and he can't really shoot jumpers. His offense is lobs and put backs. He is probably the 4th or sometimes 5th option on offense, those guys do not typically have their number called very often.

JA was bricking some long push shots, so yeah, it's very possible he was just tired in that he wasn't establishing deeper post position and when we did get him the ball he wasn't getting enough energy in to his shots.

His shooting hand is still messed up too, i think. He had it wrapped with black tape during the Celtics game, i saw.

Oh right, he jammed it on the rim on a dunk.
