I heard it might be the highest non-QB contract.

Or did Jefferson get more?

Chase may top both.

Obviously a reward for past performance. Unlikely he will produce as much.

For instance, his sacks went from 14.5 in 2023 to 7.5 in 2024. He's turning 28 in August.

Bosa might be the softest player I've ever seen.

The Bosa brothers don't have the greatest reputation.

Can't stand Bosa and he's never healthy. But damn I won't lie, definitely wouldn't mind seeing him on the Vikings. When that dude is healthy, that dude is good.

But the issue is, on a good year you get like maybe 10 healthy games from him in a year. I feel like it's been 5 years at least since he's actually been healthy for 10+ games.

Crosby is overpaid. He’s a good pass rusher but doesn’t impact the game much. Some of these teams are dumb imo

Ya I like Crosby, but not at the highest non QB rate though.

Like here's the thing, I won't be surprised if Bosa signs for a pretty cheap deal with his age and lack of durability.

Give me Bosa on a really cheap 1-2 year deal, over the massive deal that Crosby just got.

Again I know Bosa can't stay healthy for more than 10 games. But still, I don't think the gap is all that big between them when both are healthy. Give me Bosa on a cheap deal.

Idk, I think there's a pretty big gap between the two honestly. I would easily pay up for Mad Maxx. Guy plays like his hair is on fire. He's an absolute dawg. I don't get that same vibe from Bosa tbh. Add in the injury concerns & it makes sense why Bosa would make a whole lot less. But I've always thought that he was overrated.

Crosby has basically been a one man show for years on that team. Is the heart & soul. Whereas Bosa has never really been a leader in that sense. That's obviously a big component when deciding to commit big dollars to a guy. If he's not a team leader, then it's probably in their best interest to move on.

Mitch Morse retired

I think now I'm more on board with Will Campbell at 5, play him at RG.

I think he's best suited as a situational pass rusher similar to Von Miller was in the latter part of his career. He still has juice, but whatever team gets him might want to strongly consider putting him on a snap count.

BTW, the Crosby deal just made it more expensive for the Cowboys to extend Parsons. Again they waited, they're going to pay more.

Between Parsons and Chase which one gets the biggest non-QB contract this offseason.

I mean he's expensive...but he's well worth it imo. Numbers wise, wasn't he literally the best defensive player in the league? And he ended up being a finalist for DPOY.

Maintaining that defense as much as possible should be their #1 priority, it's what won them the SB.
