Hate the Lakers but they’ve been a tier1 team since the Luka trade. They’re better than us. But that’s ok!! This should not take away from what we’ve accomplished. Best team in the 20 years. Elite tier 2. Intercontinental champions of the NBA. Go NY Go NY Go!!

the expectation was to be title contenders.. granted that doesn’t always happen in year 1 of whole sale major changes but this isn’t a milestone to really celebrate imo

We been saying this since October. We saw 1 adjustment vs Indiana then Thibs must of got lazy. Never seen such a lazy game plan. Lakers got Luka and Reaves locking up lanes. Thibs needs to retire.

Mitch hasn't boxed anyone out since he's been back. Its going to take a few weeks for him to get into shape and back to the speed of the NBA...but he just out there at this point.

NAh they are not better. We seem to play poorrly (out of Brunsun) when we face these supposed good teams. But if we got normal production form these other guys we'd be beating these teams.

For example, OG has been a disaster so fr, Mikal is the usual invisible, and Towns respectfully should not be playing if his mind is still elsewhere. These "elite" teams never get our best while simultaneously they get the benefit of whistle.
