The Toronto Maple Leafs have acquired Scott Laughton from the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for prospect Nikita Grebenkin and a conditional 2027 first-round pick. The Leafs also received a fourth-round pick and sixth-round selection in the deal. The 2027 first rounder is top-10 protected.
Toronto had been in the market for a third-line center going back to the offseason.
Laughton has 11 goals and 27 points in 60 games this year and is averaging nearly 15 minutes per game.
