At this point in their careers is Davante that much better than Kupp that you give Davante 46 mil (23 guaranteed) and trade Kupp for whatever someone will give you?

For that reason I'm guessing they're keeping Kupp. Doesn't make a ton of sense to just trade one for the other and pay an extra $23 million on top. Kupp would be an enviable third WR. Might as well hold onto him.
