They are high on JJ, and he did decent enough in his 1 preseason game where they probably think he can't be that big of a drop off from Darnold.

Rodgers is either doing 2 years in Pittsburgh or 1 year in Minn.

I thought he was going to be a Seahawk. Was freeing up some time to have coffee in Portland with him

I'm surprised that O'Connell or Tomlin would want to deal with Rodgers and his nonsense.

That one hurts, he was one of the three pass rushers I was hoping we could sign.

O'Connell almost certainly won't but Tomlin might. They're set up to try and win and don't have a QB unless they want to roll with Russ again.

I saw some mixed opinions on him online but I kind of was expecting us to sign him just because his size and age lines up well with what Gute seems to like. Could be we just got outbid.

Josh Sweat
Malcolm Koonce
Azeez Ojulari
Chase Young

are the top pass rushers still available and at the perfect age for Gutey. Hopefully we can land at least one of them.

With all these signings coming in, who are we looking at realistically?

DE Young or Sweat?
CB Ward or Douglas or Samuel Jr.?

I'm just glad they didn't do $45M for Geno or any money whatsoever for AR.

I know the cap continues to go up but these numbers are just wild.

If we don't get any of these guys and just hope the guys we have on the roster/draft are the answer, I fear that's going to be our undoing again next year.

Viking talking heads starting to huff the Copium now. "Isaiah Rodgers has upside." Dude, he's 27. He is what he is.

They have been touting their cap space all year, completely ignoring all of their own players who were UFAs.

I feel like Tomlin has a ton of experience dealing with difficult dudes. All the crazy WRs and I don't think Ben was exactly low maintenance.

Usually I’m quick to scrutinize Gutenkist but I have zero problem with the Packers sitting still right now. These contracts are insane and this free agent class is awful.
