I thought we won. lol

I had a laugh going through some of the doomposting knowing they won the game. I do admit I was in a similar mindstate during the game, I just wasn't on Realgm at the time lol.

The refs kind of bailed the Clippers out with overturning that 3 which helped them get to OT. The FT shooting was miserable yesterday. But Kawhi with the game winner was funny to see the dude running around and then doing a jump bump seeing him get some air under him was actually crazy. Hope he didnt hurt himself with that celebration...

Glad he went from garbage to hero. Zu and Harden were huge all night.

Me too... I was having flashbacks of that game where Kawhii had the ball at the top of the key, let the clock run low and then had some kind of miscommunication with Clippers Legend Marcus Morris, and then got locked up or something. Glad he was able to hit such a difficult shot and win the game.

You would think the score was tied by the way we played that last possession, but we were down by one! Looking at the video again he got the shot off with less than a second on the clock, crazy.

What’s crazy is that was the plan.

I think the odds are in our favor that Kawhi will get off a makeable shot if we don't need a 3. He's just really good at that high post bump-bump-bump to set up his defender and get an open midrange jumper or floater. Often times his shot can lack arc and fall short, but it will generally be a makeable shot. This time his shot had enough arc that it was soft enough to bounce in. He also seemed pretty aware of the help defense the entire possession.

DJJ was floating at the baseline and Kawhi could have passed it to him with maybe 2 seconds left. That might have resulted in an easier shot, but if the defender reacted quickly it might have resulted in a wild low percentage shot by DJJ to beat the clock.

I think Kawhi will defer to Norman once he gets back. Nobody else though.

I'd rather Kawhi chase Norman's miss for the putback than vice-versa. We'll see how the totem pole stacks up.

Big win

Luv to see that GW from Kawhi, and those two fast break scores in the 1st half -- the speed dunk, and then the pass-catch and gliding lay-in

DJJ impressive.. he definitely has more offensive game than I believed, and has improved a lot offensively since his Heat/Trails days.

Kris Dunn being back has also been big - dude has to make all-nba defense 2nd.

3 solid wins in a row, in terms of the competition - much needed off the rough post-ASB run here.

Should be able to get the Pelicans game off this stretch here.
