Paolo and Franz need help.

Sengun is really good but I'd like to believe JI would be able to slow him down considerably.

You know, a forum poster shouldn’t be able to identify this before the coach…

Man this is rough. Dame really could have put us all out of our misery if he hit that game winner.

Agree. But what about Jett getting booted from the rotation for the corpse of Gary Harris

The roster AND coaching can be terrible at the same time.

Starters aren't really getting it done either. Lineup with Franz/Isaac and bench was the most effective. Paolo is team worst -13. Not singling him out just saying even the lineups with the "scoring" are getting cooked.

Controlling the defensive glass is mostly effort over skill.

And it's a coach's job to get his team to play with appropriate effort, heart, pride, whatever way you want to describe it.

The Magic don't have that anymore.

Funny you mention it but even those are looking great, everything’s just rimming out weirdly.

They won't do it because it'd be an irrational decision

It's the correct decision. This is a tough business. Weltman doesn't deserve the opportunity and Mosley's can no longer get the group to do the effort things he's been beating into their brains for the last 3 1/2 years.
I think they just don't have the personnel to compete right now. Their is a thin line between winning and losing. We didn't replace Mo's production off the bench, and we didn't replace Suggs.
