FGA Per PlayerOur three-headed monster of Luka, KD, and Butler does the offensive heavy lifting. KD should thrive with a reduced workload, functioning mainly as a play finisher will Luka and to a lesser extent Butler handle the playmaking duties. Butler is an excellent cutter, and this spread floor should allow him to work as a quasi roll man for Luka at times. Turner slots in as a dynamite fourth option who roll to the rim or spot up beyond the arc. Green, Jefferson, and Barry provide additional spacing. Rodman brings value as a rim finisher and offensive rebounder, especially given the attention being drawn by our star trio. Defensively, we have a solid corps of rangy, switchable wings backed up by Turner's rim protection and Rodman's do-it-all skill set.
Matchup- We start out with Green on Conley, Butler on Ant, Luka on Murphy, KD on KG, and Turner on Gasol. We feel comfortable switching most matchups 1-through-4 (even more so when Rodman comes in), although we'll try to keep Luka out of the main action where possible.
- The size and strength of our superstars makes them tough to deal with as a collective, especially against a team with a smaller PG (Conley) and a so-so wing defender (Murphy). Luka is will love using a movement shooter like Green as a screener like Green to force the switch, to say nothing of what he can do running two-man game with KD or Butler.
- Rodman is the most impactful bench player in the series by some distance.
Good luck Snake.
