Paul George Meeting With Doctors About Potential Procedures On Groin, Knee

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Thu Mar 13, 2025 7:24 pm

Paul George is consulting with doctors this week about possibly undergoing procedures for his groin and knee injuries. George is expected to reach a decision early next week.

George is in the first season of a four-year, $212 million deal he signed with the Philadelphia 76ers last July. George is averaging 16.2 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists in 41 games.

The Sixers have already lost Joel Embiid for the remainder of the 24-25 season.

I’ve always known 76ers shouldn’t have signing him to a max contract due to his availability.

PG was great last year.. The truth is none of it matters unless embiid is healthy anyway.. Let's say PG played how he should and embiid was not healthy so now 76ers are the 6 to 8th seed rdy to go out in rd 1.. Instead they have a good chance to keep their first rd pick.. If and a big if PG and Embiid can get healthy for next season then they should put themselves in a decent spot to compete for the ecf..
