I rather take Essengue at #15 if we drop that low.

Riley has an 8’6 standing reach.

Very narrow shoulders. Very long arms.

He plays long on the court. Lots of deflections.

Very interesting on Riley,

There is a big chunk of about 8 guys who could move up to 7. This ignores Maluach-Newell and Demin who I am not fond of. Point is right now, and I am sure this will change. Might be able to find the same kind of player at 7 and 15

1 F-Cooper Flagg-Duke

2 G-Dylan Harper-Rutgers

3 W-Ace Bailey-Rutgers
4 G-VJ Edgecombe-Baylor

5 G-Tre Johnson-Texas
6 G-Jeremiah Fears-Oklahoma

7 F-Collin Murray-Boyles-S Carolina
8 F-Noa Essengue-Germany

9 W-Kon Kneuppel-Duke
10 W-Rasheer Fleming-St Joseph's
11 C-Danny Wolf-Michigan
12 PG-Kasparas Jakuciois-Illinois
13 F-Liam McNeeley-Uconn
14 C-Derik Queen-Maryland
15 W-Will Riley-Illinois
16 G-Jase Richardson-Michigan St

17 F-Asa Newell-Georgia
18 C-Khaman Maluach-Duke
19 G-Egor Demin-BYU

You're right. It's best to accept it because that's where we're headed.

It's crazy that the team gets worse every year and AK still has his job.

With the 15th pick in the NBA draft the Bulls select...Derik Queen? Thomas Sorber?

I'll take Sorber, I like him. Not big on Queen though.

Noa Essengue is another I'd take a look at also.

Queen is way better than Sorber. Essengue has all the upside and i have zero confidence Billy can develop him.

Just watched Joan, He's better than Malauch in my opinion, more polished and just a better all around basketball player. Limitations but I wouldn't kick him out of bed for eating crackers. There isn't a guy who Ive seen that IMO is obviously better than Collins/Smith duo.

Collins is always hurt and has a good floor but low ceiling. Smith misses games even with low mins.

Joan shows a very high ceiling if his playmaking develops. His shot looks solid too. Kid is 18.
Great lobby great and rim protection. Strong instincts and motor.

I wouldn’t want to draft a C top 10 but I could see after 15 it making sense.

First time I've seen Ace Bailey outside of top 3 and Jase Richardson in the top 5.

Fears may go 3. Think he will jump VJ and Tre. Kid turned 18 in the fall. Should be a HS senior. He’s putting it on tape in all the big moments in big games.

I have seen some bold takes actually say he has a higher NBA ceiling than Dylan Harper.

James Harden? No. Higher ceiling thd Harper? No.

You been watching? Hes more undersized than both but very crafty and can shoot it. Definitely a better shooter right now than Harper and can finish around the rim with the best of any guard prospects.

Any thoughts on the Asa Newell guy? A big, traditional PF who can shoot some. I'd LOVE to have some athletic size up front, moving Matas to the 3
White/Giddy/Matas/Newell/Collins
Ayo/Ball/Phillips/PWill/Smith
that's a huge lineup, and a bunch of good athletes

Taj with a jumper

He’d be a nice piece to add to the youth

I watched him and he filled up the stat sheet but he looked weak with a low motor. Hard pass for me from my viewing.

I had seen him earlier in the year and he was a non factor at all. At least it was an improvement but watching him after watching CMB it was night and day. Newell just seems like a long term headache that never reaches his potential.

NEW TOPIC

Does anyone have any problem with Rutgers being terrible (AND SC for that matter). To me its a red flag if your team sucks.

Fears is a first option PG offensive engine. Elite getting the rim, finishing and the FT line. 86% FT. He is like the reverse Lillard. Crazy handle and body control but more rim where Lillard was more 3s. In the league Fears will get that 3 ball dialed and then he will be unguardable in time.

Gonna watch Wolf tonight

It's tough to see a non-stiff 7' highly skilled passer becoming a bad NBA player. C is our biggest position of need, and with Giddey it's ideally a guy that can hit outside shots.

John Tonje from Wisconsin is a flat out sniper from 3. Currently 6-6. He is also shooting 9-9 from the field vs UCLA

I like him too. I worry that his paint defense would limit him in the NBA.
