My age shows with all this pod sht. I'm not a fan of it. Not that they can't have opinions cause they're athletes I just think people over share and talk too much.

I agree with you.
I like Melo's podcast because he's a former player giving us his perspective of stuff. Like when he recounts stories of playing against certain guys, or how he felt being in the same room as the top 75, that's really good stuff. Kevin Garnett's stories are absolutely hilarious and borderline psychotic. I think that stuff is great. I don't think every old head needs a podcast, but there are a few who are worth a listen.
When it's current NBA players, I think it leaves too much room for awkwardness when things go wrong (see Paul George) or opens up the floor to people being loud, dumb, and wrong (see Draymond) and harming their image or the team's image. Like dude couldn't just man up and say that he was wrong, he just doubled down. I'd never want to listen to anything else he has to say after that.
I hope Karl drops a 50 banger on his head tonight
You're right i dont have a problem with the old heads doing it. I find Teague's stories hilarious. Though ngl, I just see the clips here and there. I've never listened to his whole pod.
There is something about brunsons and jHarts pod that really bugs me. Like I don't think they're locked in enough which is silly of me to think. Or maybe its i want to root for em and worried access might make me not like em. Fck idk. Either way I never listened to it and refuse to watch clips of it.
All this to sound like a damn, "shut up and dribble" guy. I'm the worst
