The more I watch Illinois the more I am falling in love with Tomislav Ivisic. 1st round talent IMO.

I think Fears is going to go 3.

Can see Jase sliding into top 6.

Flagg
Harper
Fears
Ace
VJ
Jase
Malauch

I started watching Illinois to check out Kasparas, who I am now out on. But I like Riley and Ivisic. I don't understand why Ivisic rated so poorly by the mocks.

Age, athleticism and defense.

22 a couple months after the draft.

I'm embarrassed to say that I was pretty far off with my initial take on this draft class. Right now, it's looking to be the worst since 2015. And that's before it loses 1/4 to a 1/3 of the guys when they decide to return.

Haven’t been paying attention to him much lately and just checked the boxscores on maybe his last 7 games and he has been ripping it.

I liked him a lot to begin the season, but had questions about him from the eye test compared to the glowing takes on him. Then he really hit a wall for awhile,

I’m not judging either way really, cause there are definitely some shades of maybe Marbury or even CP3-Lite, but I’d still be surprised if he goes over Ace, and really even Tre and VJ.

People seem to be sleeping on Riley. Big fan.

I’ve been on Riley the whole season. Kid is going to fill in and get buckets. Could be a big time shooter in the league.

I think you're way off on this take.

This isn’t about this draft lol. He’ll never let it go.

So I said it on this board after he transferred from Iona to Florida, but Walter Clayton Jr will play on an NBA roster, even if he has to start as a second round pick. I'd rather have someone like him over guys like Bones Hyland.

They're huge too. So much size. I had them in the Final Four last year, but then Handlogten's leg exploded. They are even better this year and should be Final Four or bust. Between Clayton, Condon, and the rest of that team, they have the talent to get it done.

I think this dude has the ability to run an NBA offense for the most part. UF scored 104 points on just 74 FGAs. Usually takes NBA teams 90 FGA.

Should be another strong 2nd rd class for this cycle.

Maluach is just showing why he is a NBA top pick. Truly elite defense.

This can't be a real take, last years draft was terrible. This isn't even the worst draft since 2024.

There are actually a lot of really intriguing guys and some top guys so don't get this take.

except it wasn't. It's not my fault that draft "experts" and you all got last year's draft so wrong. I don't expect them or you to admit it when proven wrong (which has already happened btw) though. Too many of the top guys in this draft have glaring red flags or have games that may not translate as much as people believe.

Also love his game, when he fills out his frame he's going to be a bucket. Have him in my top10.

Having 2 clear cut franchise players in Flagg and Harper already makes this take nonsense
