Nah man, something is going on in the locker room
Mikal going off
Hart yellling at Thibs next game

Playing drop with Kat on Steph
Not taking out Hart who gave you ZERO POINTS and playing Mitch with Kat instead
Not playing Kolek over Payne who also gave you ZERO POINTS
Thibs lost the team, and I can tell by the way he’s yelling at Hart
Thibs gotta go

Which I'm willing to bet nobody will remember a week from now, when we're on a 4 game-winning streak and about to get news about Jalen's recovery...

They're 14-1 since Jimmy arrived. And we're without Brunson and on their floor. Winning this game was going to be extremely difficult
Yeah, this likely would've been a win with Brunson...and a comfortable one at that...even if Jalen just played the minutes Payne got.
This was about as encouraging as a loss can be. We took it to a surging team despite missing our best player & closer; only losing the rope in the final minute. Short of getting the win, that game went about as well as it could've...and if Hart or Payne had been able to hit anything tonight, we could've won even without Jalen.

Start Mitch. Bench Hart. End of discussion.

I wasnt expecting a win. But it was rough cause we kept it close and if kat makes some of those looks at the end it might be been different. Oh well can't win em all especially with cap not playing.

How do you start someone who gassed in 16 minutes? Once Mitch is in shape for more than 20 a night, I like the idea of playing him and Karl together a lot more. But for now, we need to be patient so we don't break him again. That 3rd seed isn't going anywhere.
I would have been down to see Shamet close the game in Hart's spot. He was playing better than Josh tonight.

I hoped Mitch would be full speed by now, in fitness if not timing. GSW not the best matchup for him but still.
Can't help but think if we just had iHart we'd be rolling now

Jay10 wrote:Looking at the way the bench has been playing all season, maybe Thibodeau is right with not playing them a lot of minutes.
Multiple overtimes and close losses comes down to the bench not being good.
