There is no way that trade gets done without the Owner approving it.

100% Nico is the fall guy. Hasn't the owner gone on radio shows talking about why they traded Luka? He wanted superstars with great work ethic or whatever it was.

Nico is an idiot because of how he acted after the trade got made. Laughing around and being an idiot. He should have just shut up.

But there is zero chance of that trade being made if the owner doesn't approve of it.

I agree the owner had to approve it. But the reporting has been very uniform that this was Nico's idea. And that means he isn't a fall guy.

Some of the worst no calls I've seen all season.

Oh well, still #1 team in the NBA, record wise.

The Cavs hurt themselves with all those threes they were taking and missing. The refs didn't beat them.

That’s hilarious that they had a chyron ready for Beal’s terrible contract.

Yeah, I was trying to say that Nico's only justification was if it was the owner's idea and that the owner forced him but that it was doubtful. And even then, he should have quit. He would easily find another job with the justification that he didn't want to trade Luka for AD.

Maybe not fall guy but he isn't alone in this. That owner is an idiot.

The refs hate Luka. Palming violation! Everybody palms the **** ball and they decide to call it now lol. There is no precedent set when it comes to reffing in the NBA. Everything is based of off emotions with these refs. None of them are objective when they ref.

Like how Luka gets mauled but Shai can get minimal contact and it's a foul.

I have game in the background with my Lithuanian announcer I do not like, not paying huge attention, but checked the boxscore and Plumdog is already -16 in minutes. My god, when he was a Clipper, I thought he was pretty good...

It all depends on Luka. If he can get back to 100%, the Lakers are absolutely contenders, even being thin upfront.

He still looks slow, pudgy, and gimpy. Playoffs are 15 games away. We'll see.

Dude, its Luka, he will be fine, he is fine.

100%. As much as i love Vando he wont play if he cant shoot. Overall he's just not a threat out there. Dude should take notes from PJ Tucker. Go ham training corner threes.

If the refs like you they allow it.

I do think ownership deserves a lot of blame but honestly I tilt it more on Cuban than Dumont. Dumont clearly doesn't know anything about basketball. Him deferring to the GM is probably the best for most teams.

But this GM was clearly foolish. And when you look at his resume it is really weird for a NBA GM. So I blame the owner who hired him and that is Cuban more than the guy who approved the trade.

Blame wise
70% Nico
20% Cuban
10% Dumont

Holy **** that was some suffocating defense that half. Hopefully we don’t slip up in the 3rd quarter like usual.

He don't look fine. He looks at least 15lbs overweight, and still gimpy.

LeBron needs to get his ass in the gym.
