Wonderful to see KP back and impactful – we're gonna need him. I watched game 5 of the 2024 finals again yesterday and it still amazes me he was able to play in that game. (Also Tatum was awesome in that title-winning game).

Yes we need him against the Cavs, and would need him against Okc or denver. Yup, JT was great that last game. If only he played 3 games great out of 5, he would have won fmvp.

The Nets seemed to hit the most “net didn’t even move” threes I’ve ever seen, great shooting on their part. Everytime out guys played good fundamental ball the Nets looked like a college team. But unsurprisingly with guys out and it being B2B we stagnated a lot. I wanted to see more from the fringe guys.

Not a bit impressed with any of our end of bench guys. What's weaker than "flashes"? They've shown that but not enough for me to trust them in the playoffs, not even for a few minutes. JT, JB, JH, DW, KP, AH, PP, SH, TC, and LK are my postseason 10.

I thought Queta had bad stretches yesterday and wanted to see TC for a few minutes instead

Joe will play 8 guys in the playoff. AH, PP, SH off the bench. We will maybe see some LK if the matchup is right

Joe likely uses 7 or 8 but that's the 10 I'm trusting whether someone misses a game, is in foul trouble, or we need someone else for matchup purposes.

We're off for a couple days but I just noticed the Nets play the Hawks tonight before playing us again Tuesday. Sucks for them I guess.

Random, but is Jayson Tatum the worst lob thrower among guys who have the ball a ton? His lobs almost always get deflected.

I can think of a similarly named player on his own team that has a better argument for that title. Confirmed by one Lord of Time, iirc

Are you talking about Jaylen? I thought he's gotten better at it through the years. JT is just.. ugh. His lobs are so predictable that they often get telegraphed. I'd rather he just make those nasty crosscourt passes of his to the corner.
