The two rookies were out of the rotation for 45/50 days, now they both find PT.
Bol was back for 10 games (may be just 6/7), not he is out of the rotation again.
He has been unable to find a logical off system in which the three 'stars' can feed off each other and they maximize their abilities.
Gillespie has been out of the city for 65% of the RS, now he can play.
Jones and Morris were thought as of good players in summer and nice additions on good contracts and Jones has been in and out, while Morris has fallen on disgrace and it seems like he never will play again here.
Beal was a bench player for 3 weeks, then inserted back in the S5.
All this while our GM was unable to find the most needed piece in our roster: a real PF who can do some dirty work so KD can play his natural position of SF, at least a few minutes.
I am unable to find any logic in all this, but it is true that the coach is receiving pressure from above to do certain things, which is a calamity due ti JJ's knowledge of basketball. If it is Ishbia, or Isiah taking the decisions, then I understand fans watching wrestling or going to cheer for any other team. Because even the team with the worst roster in the league, arguably a fight between the Wizards and the Nets, have some logic in what they do and they have arrived to a position in which some players can be considered good prospects. Or at least they have a good coach. Or assets.
C'on, almost 40 minutes for 78 points in today's NBA with KD, Booker and Beal, vs a fLakers team with have a roster that belongs in the CBA...
Budenholzer is trying everything because things aren't working so he has needed to try different players.
And don't count on Beal because he was out again. Lakers were defending too hard for his taste lol
