Frustrating loss. We had a chance to run away with this one and we could never just put it away.

Hopefully this doesn't give them a hangover going into the tourney. You'd hope a few days of needed rest would help.

Blackwell needed to make either that layup or open ten footer. Don’t fault him on the prayer 3 miss

But he missed three straight shots in the final seconds. UW had their chances.

Obviously would have loved to win, but this is the last chance you get to lose and still live to fight another day. Hopefully we got the poor shooting out of our system and we'll be fresh for a deep run.

It was obvious coming into today that Wisconsin would struggle to get to the rim, so they were going to need to shoot the ball well in order to win. Unfortunately, playing 4 games in 4 days = tired legs.

Oh well, onto the NCAA Tournament

4 games in 4 days is insanity. Big-10 needs to figure this **** out.

We don't have to do this. It was their 4th game in 4 days. They just ran out of gas.

I get that but it’s also partly my point. 4 games in 4 days leading up to the tournament.

B10 Committee needs to move the conference tourney back a day. Get rid of Weakling Wednesday and trim the field even further if you have to. We're not running a charity here.

Even though its completely illogical I can kinda live with not ending up in Milwaukee a little more with the loss. Because had they won the tournament and still not ended up in Milwaukee (which would've been the case) I would've been apoplectic. As far as the draw itself, I don't think its terrible. I think BYU is probably 3rd out of 4 among the 6 seeds behind Mizzou and Illinois but ahead of Ole Miss. I think VCU is probably the best 11 seed. And I would still say that St. John's is the 2-seed I'd most want to face, but Bama is not entering the tournament with a ton of momentum.

My eyes are still burning after watching that "basketball" game. Happy with the win though.

Lots of buzz about Iowa’s Owen Freeman tranferring to Wisconsin.

Iowa State's coach announced during their post-bracket reveal presser that their 2nd leading scorer and leader in assists Keshon Gilbert would be out for the tournament. That's probably not enough to knock Iowa State off the 3 line, but it very well might've been enough to put Wisconsin ahead of them on the 3 line.

Yeah I don't blame them at all for keeping that a secret (I'd want us to, too), but it's **** for absolutely everyone else.
