The Toronto Raptors outgunned the young upcoming Minnesota Timberwolves 128-114 in a good ol’ fashioned shootout for a road win at Target Center.

It was tied 84-all at the end of three quarters but the Raptors used a 44 point flurry in the 4th to come away with the 14 point margin of victory.

Derrick White went nuclear from the field and was perfect from three, while Rudy Gobert and Victor Wembanyama each put up another double-double. The bench unit of Collin Sexton, Lu Dort, and Michael Porter Jr. scored 43 points collectively to make up for the second consecutive game Jrue Holiday has been in foul trouble.

Toronto’s record improves to 53-12, increasing their lead atop the Atlantic Division to 5 games, as the Brooklyn Nets saw their 13 game winning streak come to a halt.

The Raptors continue to trail the Pistons in the Eastern Conference standings by 3.5 games and the San Antonio Spurs by a half game in the race for the leagues best record and homecourt advantage throughout the playoffs.

The stage is now set for a Raptors-Spurs clash to see which team will be come away with the 2nd best record position, prime-time on Friday night in San Antonio, Texas.

The Toronto Raptors stopped their two-game skid by topping the Boston Celtics 115-101, for a home win at Scotiabank Arena.

Victor Wembanyama outplayed Chet Holmgren on both ends of the floor, in a battle between two of the league’s best young big men.

Toronto’s record improves to 54-14, leading the Atlantic Division and 2nd in the Eastern Conference.

Put the sim injuries slider back on normal. The irl NBA is making a fool of us. Dallas and Sixers alone have more injuries than Baf in total
