Frazier was an elite defender, played at a high level alongside another high-usage guard, and Curry can excel both on or off ball.

Torn between Drexler and Hill. Liked the Drexler fit just a tad better. Those two were the reason I passed on Isiah/Frazier.

I feel like I need to insulted my Center position. Not sure I can trust Embiid for 38-40 MPG. I'll probably have him at 36 to get the most out of him at a per-minute basis.

I also think it should be obvious Horford/Embiid not working has anything to do with the two of them. Their other starters were Ben Simmons (can't shoot), Josh Richardson (34% 3P) and Tobias (37%) with no high-volume 3P shooters and all of Tobias/Horford/Embiid operated a lot out of the high post.

Looking back at those 76ers, they really messed up in so many spots. They didn't want to pay Butler and opted to pay Tobias Harris. They doubled down on Simmons over the aging Horford even though Horford showed he had a ton of shooting potential as a spot-up guy, only to waste assets moving off Horford. They hired mediocre coaches.

The one thing they did do is realize Embiid was made of glass and made aggressive moves to build around him. The problem, of course, is they then picked Simmons over Butler.
