If the Magic had a reliable 3pt shooter next to Paolo and Franz this game is ours.

CoJo and KCP are 4-14. WCJ 0-2. The bench 0-6 (AB 0-4).

Probably not on paper - there is talent. But, most certainly the most mismatched, unbalanced, unreliable guard rotation in the league. KCP is the epitome - he's a really great player - he just shouldn't be here and he sure as f**k shouldn't be making $23m for 3 years at his age, given his limited role-player status. Just a bad call looking badder and badder and I don't believe that Suggs being out makes it look any worse. He'd be great next to Dame or FVV or Steph or Luka or Harden or a dozen other prominent backcourt partners...but in ORL, it's just...WHY ARE YOU HERE?

Franz was +18 in 38 minutes.

In the 10 minutes he was not on the floor tonight, the Magic were outscored by 26 points.

Goga’s 19 points were impressive. Most impressive was probably the 4-5 baskets he scored off assists from Franz and Paolo. Love seeing those guys use the bigs.

Very clear that Franz and Suggs are the defense. They are still good when Franz is on, even without Suggs, but when Franz is off the court forget it.

I thought they looked decent for the most part. Defense was uneven and way too much fouling. But mostly just bricked a ton of actual wide-open 3s.

Would love to see how Tom Thibodeau would approach JI’s minutes situation…

If it was obvious that WCJ just didn’t have it going, why not just bench him? I would have given him 8 minutes and JI 16.

Isaac would be hanging out with Embiid after a half season with Thibs.

Nurse runs the wheels off players, too.

Isaac hasn't played 20 minutes in a game since February 5th.

He's played single digit minutes 5 times this month.

If he's physically unable to play more than that because he's injured, then he needs to just not be out there at all as far as I'm concerned.

12 more games. Paolo and Franz just hang on, 12 more games. Help will be on the way this summer, hopefully.

I think we still end up in the 7th spot. I'd rather play Boston for the experience. I think it's a bigger stage than playing Cleveland.

We play Atlanta twice and Boston once at the end of the season.

This game was lost in the 3rd.

I need Mosley to realize he has to start Goga and AB.
CoJo can be backup PG.

That's the thing though... he's been mostly healthy for 2 years now. What the hell is Mosley doing with his minutes?

His monthly minutes average is declining month over month. It makes no sense and no one asks Mosley or Weltman about it. He's too good defensively (and making too much money) to be playing so few minutes.
