With JB out I expect our offense to suffer but it was our defense that lost us this game. Mitch is back so Thibs has no more excuses he can fall back on. The so called defensive genius couldn't stop a scrub from scoring 34 pts in 19 minutes.

this is the same thing the celtics do to us and just hit 3 after 3 but in this case it was Mamu instead of KP

we don't change up any coverages...its the same vanilla shell that will get beat if teams are hitting there 3's.

Thibs stubborn ways gives me every indication that things will continue to spiral and Thibs will not be here next season.

Defensive rating plummeting.
Decisions on defense (P&R coverage) AND offense (unwillingness to put a playmaker on the floor in dire situations).
Player minutes management.
Bridges calling him out on what every fans has been shouting from rooftops.
shouting match with Hart (Jalen's sidekick) during a timeout.
0-8 against top teams in a year we were supposed to contend for a championship.

The only thing that will save him, given he refuses to change ANYTHING, is Jalen Brunson. And even that will not restore the championship momentum we began the season with. Absolute failure.
