True enough, but to my ancient brain, it seems like each passing year it seems there's more underclassmen than ever, and they jump from school to school. I learn more about the prospects here in this forum than from the constantly changing clickbait updates by the national sports pundits

This class is so hard. Like, I look at the Eagles and their talent across both lines, which is clearly why they won the Owl. Their guys were both physically special AND they were good and productive. You've got a good amount of physically special dudes in this class, and basically none of them were anywhere close to dominant the way their gifts should dictate. The ones that were both physical monsters and absolutely dominant are gonna be gone around 20 picks earlier.

Defensive lineman/Pass Rushers that have met with Packers at least once

Edge:
Shemar Stewart
Elijah Alston
Chuck Smith
Tyler Baron
Elijah Roberts
Jah Joyner (I think he is going to be a huge sleeper if it is true Jah is going in 4th-6th round)
Princely Umanmielen (Another guy I expected to be higher than most mocks have him, has met with Packers twice)
Bradyn Swinson
James Pearce

DTs:
Phil Blidi
Kenneth Grant
Nazir Stackhouse
Payton Page
CJ West
Cam Horsley
Joseph Evans
Jordan Phillips
Walter Nolen
Aeneas Peebles
Alfred Thomas

The one thing that caught my eye is we have not met with Derrick Harmon. I wonder if that means they think there is no way he falls to us or if they want to pretend they aren't interested in him, but I would be shocked if we aren't considering Harmon at #23.

Glad to see they've talked with Peebles.

Brian Gutekunst and Jon-Eric Sullivan were at Oregon's Pro Day Tuesday. I wouldn't be shocked if we see him coming in for a 30 visit in the coming weeks.

Jordan Burch and Jeffrey Bassa are interesting off that defense as well and would fit into Hafley's scheme.

Read on Twitter

IOL Tyler Booker
P James Burnip
LB Jihaad Campbell
TE CJ Dippre
LS Kneeland Hibbett
QB Jalen Milroe
S Malachi Moore
K Graham Nicholson
TE Robbie Ouzts
LB Que Robinson
DT Tim Smith

Looking at that list and I honestly think the longsnapper is the best bet to be a Packer. Wouldn't complain about Campbell, though.

I have a few players I REALLY want @pick 23. There are about 10-15 players I could talk myself into.

However, I fully expect another Jordan Morgan piss me off, WTF is this pick.

There are a few players at #23 I would be really happy with, and Jihaad is one of them. Twitched up defensive chess piece that can rush and cover in space. Production profile is similar to Micah Parsons but has a smaller build. I'd settle for good Quay Walker lol.

Really the only thing with Campbell is he's best as a rush linebacker and he'd be massively undersized in the Packers scheme. I kind of think he'd be wasted and maybe a liability if he's just a Quay replacement.

Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan held a private workout for scouts Monday afternoon, participating in the 40-yard dash and running routes. The three evaluators I talked to were very complimentary of his performance. Times ranged in the 4.52-4.56 range for McMillan, which matches the speed scouts projected for him. Brian Gutekunst of the Packers was the lone NFL general manager in attendance, per sources. Along with Texas' Matthew Golden, McMillan is considered a strong contender to be the first receiver off the board and a fringe top-10 pick (No. 15 in my top 50).

Linebacker Jihaad Campbell showed up to Alabama's pro day with a sling on his left arm. On SEC Network, he confirmed he had surgery for a torn labrum after the combine, and the recovery time is not yet known. Campbell is my top-ranked linebacker and No. 14 player overall, and his stock is worth watching. But I still think his floor is the Buccaneers at No. 19.

Tet would be such a perfect addition. He's exactly what the offense needs.

Gutenkist trading up for Tet would be insane. It’s felt like he’s not even worth talking about up to this point knowing there’s zero chance he makes it to 23 but if Gutenkist spent time at a private workout there’s gotta be interest there and that’s encouraging to say the least.

Isn't 4.5x speed a little slow if we're looking for a Watson replacement deep threat who can stretch the field?

Nah, not for a guy his size. More than enough speed.

Also, a sign that Gute might have loosened or changed some of his thresholds for EDGE rushers. Guys like Pearce, Green and Ezeiruaku are all athletic freaks with production but on the smaller side, and Gute has always favored the big ends. Think it's great they're looking at guys with more bend that Hafley can work with.

Same with Jayden Higgins. They don't look like blazers out there like Watson, but they move like Gazelle's.

McMillan reminds me of AJ Green so obviously that'd be awesome if we could swing it. Not getting my hopes up though. Moving up from 23 into the Top-10 ain't gonna be cheap.
