CHA out: Ball, Bridges.

Why? Get a very decent prospect in Ware and another lottery pick (to pair with their own) and build a young core around Miller (probably sell Williams as well).

Ware/Nurkic

DAL in: Herro
DAL out: Thompson, Martin, Hardy, #12

Why? Get a Kyrie replacement untill he gets back, without losing much of their rotation.

Davis/Prosper
Lively/Gafford

MIA in: Durant, Ball, Thompson, Martin
MIA out: Herro, Wiggins, Rozier, Robinson, Anderson, Ware, #8, 29 MIA 1st (top-8 protected).

Why? Goes All-in and get two stars to pair with Bam and build a contender.

Durant/Jovic

I'm not sure that package gets you Bridges, let alone adding LaMelo Ball.
