I knew no game was a sure thing without Steph, but I can't believe we're going to lose to a team wearing those uniforms smh

He's not and that's why Lacob didn't give it to him. I don't think anyone else is going to in the offseason either. He really screwed himself because he could have easily already had a nice 5-year extension for $25M-$30M per year and got greedy.

Yea, we should just offer the QO and a 4 year $60m extension this offseason. He’ll seriously need to consider the $60m or risk losing it like he did last offseason with the $150m extension. Warriors dodged a quite few bullets with Kuminga extension, pg13 and Lauri trade not happening.

The Kyle Anderson signing was also really bad but we got rid of him in the Jimmy trade.

We won all the Jimmy minutes (+11). Our Jimmy sub had a rough game (Kuminga, -18). JK really needs to realize that the next level for him all involves defense and rebounding. I'm sure it has been said to him many times, but he's mainly focused on being a scorer unfortunately. Gui also had a rough one in his brief stint, but he thrives in a pass first offense where Steph's gravity helps him.

That 1st quarter was a very tough watch, the moment Jimmy went out we shat the bed and that was the game. It shows just how badly this team needs 2 stars, these role players are playable with one out there, but when there is no star out there most of them turn into pumpkins.

Get well soon, Steph!

Its gotta be tough for JK to play the non-Jimmy minutes when there is no Steph. Thats a particularly bad fit for him.

Tough for anyone, but I'm not judging him as 'young guy' JK anymore, he is at the end of his 4th year looking for 30M+ next year in his 5th year. A 30M+ guy should at least be able to tread water for the team in that situation. He's so caught up in trying to be a big scorer, he is missing the rest of his game.

I do think he can do better, but he needs to start listening to Steve and Jimmy.

GSW wouldn't win this games even with Curry. We are 0W-10L in this season, when opponents score more than 123pts. Our defence was really bad.

that's a reason more to play effing D and bringing that hustle/energy every game, everyone. especially the youngsters. post, podz, moody, santos, TJD, JK are young, they are not 35 with years of pro season on their back.
so while it's somehow understanding that jimmy or dray (even loon) might take one night off in and there in terms of energy, the youngsters get no pass for performances like tonight. it's not acceptable from them. infact, they should take any chance given to show they can take some of the burden off the veterans at least in terms of energy and hustle.

Moody was so good in that fourth quarter stretch. If he can consistently attack close outs more aggressively and find cutters like that, they’re gonna roll.

It's his 4th season. When is he going to realize that he needs to rebound the ball? That's the kind of stuff that players have from the beginning or don't develop it outside of extremely rare circumstances.

I will join that side if the team losses again tonight, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Warriors go on a nice run. Dray is old and can't play at his top level consistently, I think he's tiring out which is why the defense has started falling off the last 2 weeks.

He's also *still* way too quick to settle for 3 pointers. There is likely room for a microwave scorer, but every time he settles for a 3 and bricks it, he's shooting himself (and the team) in the foot.

Fitz with his stupid, "After the first quarter, the defense was fine!" No, Fitz. No, it wasn't. If you play 3 quarters of good defense, you don't end up giving up 57% shooting.

The biggest thing right now is that he's unable to beat 1v1 coverages and yet we're still allowing him to iso. He's rarely able to draw help defense because he's unable to get by the guy in front of him. Then he settles for these off balance mid range jumpers, where he throws his hands up begging for a call. He needs to be attacking tilted defenses similar to Podz, but for some reason everyone is just allowing him to iso.
