Gambo
The way he is playing I would expect the Suns will end up converting Collin Gillespie to a standard NBA contract but there really is no rush they can do it up until the last day of the regular season.

Hopefully that contract is for 2025/26 too.

TyTy is on a two-way also so waiving him wouldnt help.

Damion Lee??

Micic has to be the one. He has no role and no future on this team

That's usually how it works. I could see a 3-year deal at vet min with next year guaranteed and the 3rd year being a player option. That way if he blows up, he can opt out.

Which sucks as he has talent that he showed in Europe. Thought he just needed a shot.

Surprised to see AD is back for Dallas. Kind of thought they'd hold him out. I guess Gafford is expected back next week.

Suns are going to finish 42-40 and win the play-in , then end up winning the championship !!! Going to be one of the greatest comeback stories in history of the NBA.

This is what I've been saying. The whole first part of the season was a deception. No one has been scouting the Suns, we've got the jump on every team moving forward.

In the Netflix movie based on this story, the role of Collin Gillespie will be played by Harris Dickinson, coach Bud will be played by J.K. Simmons and the star role of prophetic realgm poster Mr. Puddles will be a CGI de-aged Brad Pitt.

I want the role as Josh Okogie. A disgruntled Suns player with limited minutes gets excited in getting trade to the Charlotte Hornets. :D

He is on the Nico Is Right train and I'm sure he doesn't want his debut game to be potentially his last game in the Mavs uniform.

They have a easier schedule compare to ours, the Kings however have as tough of a schedule as ours. They beat the Cavs but had since lost 3 in a row. They still have to play Thunder, Cavs, Pacers, Nuggets and Clippers, but then they also have Wizard and Hornet in between. And then the last game in the schedule is on our home court, that might be the game to decide who gets that last play-in spot.

The kings also have a 6 game road trip ahead, and have one more game to play in the same time span as the Suns (Suns have no B2Bs) . Unlike with Dallas, they might hold the tie breaker over the Suns though (currently they do in both head to head matchups as well as conference record).

Keep this up and MadMat will easily convince himself to keep and extend KD. False hope may be but enough to shelve a blow up.

I think we're already there.

Gafford and Lively will be back within the next days.
I also thought that AD was going to play later into the week.
Now just the absence or Kyrie will hold them back, but they have a FC that can rival any team and in fact they can dismantle any team by playing slow and fighting in the boards.

NOPE!

First off, that will likely be the best offer out there. Second - I would do pretty much anything to get him off this team.
Never cared for him that much, and by now I m just plain disgusted. In 30+ years of fandom this is the first time I don't even check the box scores and contribute about 0 to Suns forums. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Your feelings aside, its a garbage offer compared to what one of the younger teams like Houston or Dallas may offer in my opinion which is not feelings based.

This has been my concern. He will see the team do well enough to squeak in the 10th seed.
Even if they make it to OKC and get blown out

Lets not trade Durant, lets trade Beal for PG13 and include multiple FRPs....

Feels like roster building has been a weakness here. Finding people who actually fit seem to help. Beal was a bad idea in hindsight. We should have cashed in on Grayson Allen's success last year, he hasnt fit with this coaching staff's role. Changing Tyus Jones role has made him a dangerous stand still shooter, he is killing it. Up tempo has worked better than always walking the damn ball up and iso!!

Dallas's offer sucks worse unless they are giving up Lively. HOU is the best one, only cause they have our picks

Yeah, the team is looking much better with the new rotation out there. It’s basically a different roster.

The great thing is that we can have all those players on the roster next year and we can add to them. Good mix of veteran and younsters. I would say that we have well covered multiple positions but we would need to trade/waive Bradley Beal for whoever. And trade Grayson Allen for a big (PF or C).

I would love to have back:

Gillespie (standard minimum contract)
Book
Dunn
KD
Cody Martin (TO for $8.7M)
Royce O'Neale
Oso

I would like to bring back Tyus giving him that small raise that we can give him.

And I think Richards for $5M next year can be a good move, but I am not sure about it yet.
