If the Heat make 10th seed play-in and get a draw of
- Chicago (1st play in)
- Atlanta or Orlando (2nd play in)
- Cleveland (1st round)
- Indiana (2nd round)

These are all teams we competed with.
- Bulls came back from 17 down to beat us by 5 (tied with 1:45 left), and we lost another game where we were down 3 with 2:01 to go.
- Hawks, we won one game by 22, lost a game we were down 1 with 3:28 left.
- Orlando we won a game by 1 and won a double OT.
- Cleveland we won one (though Jimmy played), but also lost one while seriously undermanned where we led by 1 with 2:55 left.
- Pacers we won, then lost back to back. We had a loss with Jimmy too, and another win without.

This roster has proven it can get close with these teams.

I think we are better to tank, probably won't miss play in. Could throw the play in for a good lotto chance, but if we go for it, and get hot or mesh, could surprise. Like others have said, it seems mental for us.

We've definitely had playoffs and regular seasons that seem like night and day in the past, and not just playoff Jimmy, but whole squads going hot or cold

I am worried Miami will win its play-in games, especially if Miami plays Atlanta in the 2nd game. Chicago is actually playing really good basketball right now, though.

As for Wiggs, I've never watched him closely but even just in the few weeks he's been with the Heat you can see he's exactly as advertised, he looks like a guy who could have been a borderline superstar if he was locked in and obsessed, but is content to instead be a super role player who occasionally just goes off because he can't hide all that talent. Kinda mediocre court vision though, which matters more in today's NBA where passing because of the 3 ball is a bit more important.

He's a rare case of a guy who is being paid in that middle salary range between max and MLE, who appears to be worth every penny and not just underpaid because of circumstance. I could actually see him part of the team long term just because we love two way guys which he is, and because his lack of ego is an understated plus in a league full of them.

It's gonna be dog fight for 8-11. The Heat have 7 games left against the bottom of the league, so they'll probably end up 10th .

It's too bad the Heat aren't contenders. This is a great schedule to end the season with for that situation.

We are too used to role players we can't appreciate an elite talent. Wiggins is on another plane that our players. He moves faster jumps higher and makes faster decisions. He is worth every penny. Appreciate and build on it instead of trying to drive him out of town. I think we really try to win tonight and the last win was just to make this one not seem strange.

This is putting it mildly. Wiggs is waaaayyy more talented. Eddie had 26 games of 30 or more points with 38 being his highest. Wiggs has 51 games of 30 or more with 47 being his highest. 10 of those games were 40 and over. His defense was just as good if not better the Eddie. They are not the same.

Yea..idk what's behind people feeling like they have to attack Wiggins. So far he's exceeded my expectations by a wide mile.

Exactly. Jordan/Kobe were pyschos and most guys will never get there. I don't follow Wiggs, but I clearly believe he can be one of our top offensive players on the roster.
