I hope when Jimmy says his prayers before bed tonight he’s thanking god for Amen Thompson tearing every ligament in Edrice knee the other night otherwise he’d be bottled up and put up a goose egg

?
Wiggins used Jordan/Kobe patented fade away and told Kobe that he learned it from him. Kobe admired Wiggins. If the great mamba vouches for Wigs then its enough for me.

- Chicago (1st play in)
- Atlanta or Orlando (2nd play in)
- Cleveland (1st round)
- Indiana (2nd round)
These are all teams we competed with.
- Bulls came back from 17 down to beat us by 5 (tied with 1:45 left), and we lost another game where we were down 3 with 2:01 to go.
- Hawks, we won one game by 22, lost a game we were down 1 with 3:28 left.
- Orlando we won a game by 1 and won a double OT.
- Cleveland we won one (though Jimmy played), but also lost one while seriously undermanned where we led by 1 with 2:55 left.
- Pacers we won, then lost back to back. We had a loss with Jimmy too, and another win without.
This roster has proven it can get close with these teams.
I think we are better to tank, probably won't miss play in. Could throw the play in for a good lotto chance, but if we go for it, and get hot or mesh, could surprise. Like others have said, it seems mental for us.
We've definitely had playoffs and regular seasons that seem like night and day in the past, and not just playoff Jimmy, but whole squads going hot or cold
can you please keep your optimism for #operationtank4Flagg?
I am worried Miami will win its play-in games, especially if Miami plays Atlanta in the 2nd game. Chicago is actually playing really good basketball right now, though.

Kinda mediocre court vision though, which matters more in today's NBA where passing because of the 3 ball is a bit more important.
He's a rare case of a guy who is being paid in that middle salary range between max and MLE, who appears to be worth every penny and not just underpaid because of circumstance. I could actually see him part of the team long term just because we love two way guys which he is, and because his lack of ego is an understated plus in a league full of them.
Eddie Jones type without checking the hometown box.
Wigs beta mentality will be his downfall, as it was with Jones here

It's gonna be dog fight for 8-11. The Heat have 7 games left against the bottom of the league, so they'll probably end up 10thMoneyball_Spo wrote:As long as the bulls, spurs and the teams ahead of us win, its ok.

We are too used to role players we can't appreciate an elite talent. Wiggins is on another plane that our players. He moves faster jumps higher and makes faster decisions. He is worth every penny. Appreciate and build on it instead of trying to drive him out of town. I think we really try to win tonight and the last win was just to make this one not seem strange.

Definitely similar mentality, but I remember Eddie well and Wiggins is more talented than EJ was. Good comparison though.

That is your opinion. Rookie of the year, Allstar, NBA champ and props from Kobe are all facts.

This is putting it mildly. Wiggs is waaaayyy more talented. Eddie had 26 games of 30 or more points with 38 being his highest. Wiggs has 51 games of 30 or more with 47 being his highest. 10 of those games were 40 and over. His defense was just as good if not better the Eddie. They are not the same.

How does any of that show that he has the IQ and drive of Kobe/Jordan
. And Wiggins doesn't have those things that isn't an opinion that is a fact and plain to see.

Since when does Kerr start a low IQ player on a championship team? Wiggs started on that championship team that beat a very good Celtics squad.
Wiggs defense on Tatum gives you all the physical proof you need of his mentality, which was to win a championship. You ok?

Wigs will be a solid 3rd/4th option on anther team with titles hopes hopefully as soon as next year.

Where did anyone say low IQ player
. His "opinion" was that Wiggins doesn't have the IQ and drive of Kobe/Jordan. I mean if he did given his physical talent, how come he's not on that level as a player

Yea..idk what's behind people feeling like they have to attack Wiggins. So far he's exceeded my expectations by a wide mile.
Btw I don't view Wiggins not having Kobe/Jordan mentality as a major criticism. Those two are 1 of 1's for a reason, legit psycho workers

Dude was clearly the 2nd best player on the warriors finals run and he just turned 30.
Listen, these are facts which you can look up. You might not like him, but is what it is. You are welcome to deny facts.

Exactly. Jordan/Kobe were pyschos and most guys will never get there. I don't follow Wiggs, but I clearly believe he can be one of our top offensive players on the roster.
