Yet, his role alongside Jaxon Smith-Njigba is still a big question since both primarily operate out of the slot.

In 2024, Kupp lined up in the slot for 63% of his snaps, while Smith-Njigba did so on 77% of his plays. As a result, the Seahawks led the league with 1,689 receiving yards from the slot.

Yah that's a curious overlap but I do think JSN can go more boundary

Honestly, Jenkins worries me. He's supposedly always hurt. Has back issues. I'm not surprised he's still available.

I think I'd prefer Lucas Patrick who they also brought in for a visit. He can play both Center & Guard.

Not surprised one bit. They don't want to pay top of the market for guys who they consider are average to above average.

I totally get the Will Fries scenario especially coming off an injury & with no physical.

Jenkins reputation is that he gets hurt a lot. The guy has played in just 38 games over 4 years. Which is kind of worrisome when you already have a guy like Abe who's also dealt with injuries of his own. Stability is really key for an offensive line. So, I get why they would be hesitant to bring him in as well.

This was not a good free agent class for IOL. That's why guys like Fries & Banks got paid so much money. It's unfortunate.

They're going to have to draft at least one, and maybe two guys very early on. The good news? This draft is loaded with quality Guards.
