LeBron isn't going to be happy or willing to play Robin to Luka's Batman imo. There could be trouble in paradise ahead :D

I agree. All that deferring to Luka is fake af. All for show. Its not surprising they start to play poor when Lebron returned. Luka and Reeves were the better duo.

Hopefully JuJu just sprained her knee and didn’t tear anything.

Nick Wright and Shannon are employed and have careers cause they've been riding the LBJ wave. It weirds me out a bit that a 50 something year old man is so infatuated by another dude who's like 40.
Good assessment:

Terrible news. Hope Lillard fully recovers. Btw, what are the odds of Giannis asking out in the summer after they exit the first round again?

That's horrible for all parties.

Dame, the team, and the fans are unfortunate.

Only one Eastern Conference team has beaten the OKC Thunder this season -- the Cavs. They have 3 games left vs. the East (DET, IND, CHI), all at home where they are 31-5.

Horrible indeed. Chris Bosh had to retire also due to blood clots, though Lillard's situation might be different (I'm no doctor). Bosh's clots were in his lungs.

Karma. Bucks season was over after they swapped Middleton for Kyle Kuzma.

Not sure what Dame did to deserve it tho, hopefully he'll be OK, they're not even saying he is out for the season.

Fox Sports Nick Wright supposedly said that Durant would be interested in the Celtics after the season.

You could do something like Porzingis, Holiday and Draft Picks for Durant, cap relief and role players... something of that nature in a 3 or 4 Team deal.

Bosh I believe had an underlying genetic hypercoagulable disorder.

Even though Dame allegedly has DVT only (without evidence as yet of a pulmonary embolus), his anticoagulation RX (probably w ELIQUIS) will last at least 2 months - max 6 months.
He be done for the year.

Tough luck.

The Bucks and Pistons final two games are against each other. That could become a play-in tournament for the 5th and 6th seeds. Milwaukee has unfortunately lost Lillard, while Detroit has the second hardest remaining schedule in the league.

I'd mentioned this concept a day or two back.

After some initial looking, I think they'd need to move KP/Jrue/Hauser all three and they still might be a bit shy of getting out of the 2nd apron, and that's w/o any trade kicker for Durant.

Quote from Chris Brousard

"Luka Doncic is a ball hog — a great ball hog, a Hall of Fame ball hog, a future Hall of Famer. Yeah, an all-time elite ball hog. He's a ball hog," Brou said.

"I've watched him throughout his career but that game, it was over the top. This was ridiculous," he continued. "You got all these guys just standing, watching you. He took nine shots in the first quarter, okay? And actually took four or five free throws, so he probably took 11 shots in the first quarter."

Not that I say Broussard is bigtime or anything like that. But think he is more respected than not. But how this isn't said more often about Luka has me baffled.

Hard to sustain winning with a player like that. The higher the usage the more he kills his teammates. Then imagine his teammates thinking, "you take all the Glory and you want us to play defense for you" :o :banghead:

and this:

“When you are just watching one guy operate and you’re standing there watching him do all this, even if he’s making some of them, they’re bad shots, and that takes away from your morale,” Broussard said. “Especially when that guy can’t defend. When he’s getting blown by and beaten on defense and then coming down and shooting all these shots, that seeps away at your morale and affects you on the other end of the floor.”
2 things need to go.. my lack of spell check and Joe..

So the Patsy's are paying all that money to a guy with a torn ACL? LOL.

Lakers were up 6 with over a minute left. 7-0 Pacers run courtesy of Luka's "defense".

Lebron saved Luka's ass with the follow tip.

Pacers lose, which is good for seeding. Knicks lost too. 3 games still separate them for 3rd seed.

Carlisle blew that up by not calling a timeout and getting hali inside for their final possession. Up 1 with the ball, and the best they could come up was a double clutch shot by mathurin lol. Typical bone headed popovich style of defense offense sub.

Except for OKC, the Western Conference is underwhelming.
