Harden is less washed than Paul George I think we both agree there...the paul george fall off was quick. I still contend in there primes if I was trying to win a chip. Neither could be the best player on the championship team but I would take George over Harden because of his two way ability...and the foul baiting for Harden doesn't play in the playoffs.

harden was a top 5 player for a number of years though and has an mvp. and george has a pretty shaky playoff history too. there's a debate if george is a hall of famer but harden is a lock. i think it's clear who was the superior player.

This is the team everyone deserves
Looking back from the end of the Ewing era until now is brutally painful. We have had some of the worst rosters in the NBA for most of 20 years. I love the current roster!

Completely absurd the NBA schedules all of these back to backs in the weeks leading up to the playoffs as if guys aren't already fatigued from the grueling 82 game schedule.

Harden could've easily been the best player on a championship team.
He was the clear-cut best player on a squad that pushed arguably the GOAT team to 7 games. And that very game 7 had the dodgiest officiating since the 2002 WCF scandal. The game - to me - was fixed, and the Rockets still led by double digits in the first half.
Harden's one of the greatest players in NBA history and I'd argue that at his peak he was instinsically better than a number of champions people put in their top 20 all-time.

I want Kolek/Mitch first subs in for Payne/Hart and see what that lineup can do.
Kolek/Mikal/OG/KAT/Mitch

And on a Thibs coached team! Ouch.

Oh you mean when they missed 27 3 pointers in a row. 10 of those by harden. Yep. Rim magnets. The truth is out there

Stat wise yes. There is no debate. That was not my point though. I said if I wanted to bring in a player to help me win a chip assuming I can find a #1 option or already have one I would rather bring in PG to my team then building my offense around Harden.
