The interface may change, but the game (posting) remains the same.

I'm still not noticing any difference on my phone or computer
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I noticed a very clear difference on my laptop when I first went on yesterday.

Brewers opener followed by 4 tournament games. I'm going with beer boiled brats on an indoor "grill" for the Brewers. And some chips. Simple. And spinach artichoke dip I can snack on during basketball. I'm watching alone so not making a lot.

Don't forget to salt the beer! Or Kraut it.

Does beer go bad if it's just been sitting in bottles on a shelf for six months? I bought a 12 pack because it came with a Bucks glass and have only had one.

It will still be safe to drink but the taste may have changed, especially if it's an IPA.

Does anyone have a old man 40+ stretch routine they recommend? I did some of the old football pre-practice stretches tonight and I feel like a new very sore man.

This one is difficult for me personally but it really does hit all the spots.

Did a quick breeze and this is honestly a real good program.

I did yoga somewhat regularly prior to a debilitating back problems nearly 4 years ago, but it's been a 5-7 times weekly regimen since. What I do regularly is meant to work on balance, hip mobility and core strength/flexibility. My day starts off with yoga. (not posting)

I'd add pointer pose to this workout, especially if you have any back issues.

Yoga is nothing more than breathing and stretching. Once that discovery slapped me across the face, my fear/intimidation of yoga disappeared. I'll do yoga until I'm physically unable.

I've done P90X many times over the years and love it. It's very effective. For me at least. One of the workouts is yoga. Tony Horton was asked if he could only do one of his workouts which one would it be and he said yoga. I find it hard to stay focused doing yoga, I get bored. But there's no doubt it's really good for you.

I haven't done P90X in a very long time but my god the Yoga day was what ruined me.

I'm laughing just thinking about how awful it would be now that I'm 20 years older and in considerably less shape, but I think I'm gonna try it because I know that if I can eventually finish it it'll be a huge accomplishment.

I've done P90X2 and P90X3 and while I liked them I always go back to the original. I even keep the sound on to hear the same little jokes. I've also done some of his one on one workouts (the medicine ball one is good). I don't continuously do P90X, I like to do other things (I love my Pilates reformer) but I'd say I do the complete P90X twice a year on average. Plyo kills me.

From the tell no lies department: I went to the dining area at the Park Hotel Madison for lunch. The name of said establishment?
