This thread must’ve been ignored for a while because it fell to page 2, almost page 3. So I bumped it back up to page 1.

You’re welcome!

See?

If Hal had went all in at the deadline, we wouldn't even need to do this.

I can't even compare this current era of Yankees baseball to what I've seen before because the team has the money to take things over the top but they refuse to do it

I'm not even saying that we had to resign Soto but we had a chance last year to win and they didn't do anything at the deadline to address deficiency areas.

Now here we are with a gaping hole at 3rd base and we're down Cole and Gil I hope no one else gets hurt.

What? Orlando Cabrera is gonna rake this year! I've been waiting for him to break out! He's our secret weapon!

https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6230899/2025/03/26/jazz-chisholm-yankees-individual-boone/?source=emp_shared_article

Here's some positivity,, the Athletic did an interview with Jazz and how welcoming the clubhouse has been to him since he got here compared to some of the crap he dealt with on the Marlins. Before he came here he didn't hang out with teammates, now he hangs out with the guys here regularly and he raves about how chill Cole is.

Also, I did not know that Aaron Boone had two adopted Black sons, and from what was said he takes his fatherhood very seriously. Good guy Boone.

I will say this, as much as I hate Hal and Brian, I'm glad they brought Jazz here. He's a good soldier, did not complain when he was asked to play out of position and just has a real positive, youthful aura. I look forward to him and Volpe working in the infield this year.

It sounds like Brian is working the phones to try to acquire someone. I'm glad he waited til the day before opening day to do this

You’re welcome!

And you must be able to relate due to how often the Mets thread fails to make the first page throughout the year.

There’s no denying that 95% of the bumps that the Mets thread receives is from you.

Melky Cabrera will be playing a lot of outfield for the Yankees when Judge is on the IL.

When we unleash Miguel Cabrera on the league this year it's a wrap!

I gotta go with Thibs. Seeing the dumb blank stare every game puts him on full display. At least we have a WS win and a couple appearances under Cashman as bad as he has been. His best is more fun than Thibs best is fun. :o

I had no issue with Cashman until about 2013-14 then things started to go downhill from there. Wasn't that thrilled about the Thibs hiring but I gave him the benefit of the doubt at the beginning.

Wells with a blast to start the season, Rodon with a beard looks nasty, Jazz at 2B with excellent range. Feels good and it's only the bottom of the 1st

Like Bellinger's patience so far.

Return to New York Knicks
