Giannis Walkin' In Memphis / Ja to the Heat
Memphis Grizzlies get:
Giannis Antetokounmpo
Miami Heat get:
Ja Morant
Milwaukee Bucks get:
Jaime Jaquez Jr.
Kel'el Ware
Nikola Jovic
Brandon Clarke
Terry Rozier
John Konchar
2025 Miami Heat First Round Draft Pick
2025 Golden State Warriors First Round Draft Pick (via Heat)
2027 Unprotected Memphis Grizzlies First Round Draft Pick
2029 Unprotected Memphis Grizzlies First Round Draft Pick
2030 Unprotected Miami Heat First Round Draft Pick
2031 Unprotected Memphis Grizzlies First Round Draft Pick
The Grizzlies create a trio of Bane/JJJ/Giannis surrounded about a lot of key depth guys. That could be a championship core for years to come.
The Heat land an elite guard, get Giannis out West and keep all of their core veteran pieces in the process while still going all in otherwise to land a guy that could put them over the top.
The Bucks land 3 nice young pieces and 6 first round picks without taking on any really bad long-term salary. If Lillard decides it's not in his best health interests to continue playing, this may be the kind of path the Bucks would need to take and just pivot to a young core with a new coach.

Miami is stealing value here, they should get cut. Giannis is already 30yo, I would be willing to trade Ja + 3 unprotected 1sts if he was 27yo

You'd have to give Milwaukee at least one elite prospect plus these picks, I don't see JJJ or Ware as that.

Re: Giannis Walkin' In Memphis / Ja to the Heat
I like the OP. Think it’s a good offer if Ware has the value some assign him. I think he might.
Stealing the base a bit? Why not Ja to NOP.
“Top 5 pick” (not Flagg) and get Mil their next two draft picks back (probably turns into a Mem/NOP/Mil 2026 based pick deal?).. Plus whatever else you feel Ja is worth? Use DJM as the base of salary if you want to give up on him. Or use CJM and keep the hope of DJM coming back healthy. Don’t love the fit of Ja/DJM/Zion so probably using DJM..
Even kind of like CJM ending up in Milwaukee and DJM ending up in Memphis if Memphis can match that and still get Giannis? Probably can. JJJ ends up only getting 6-10 mil extra instead of 20+ but if you lay the pieces out right you end up with imo the best roster in league? They have the depth to survive his recovery and he is a decent fit / pretty affordable.

Not enough of a good singular piece for Giannis

Miami is not facilitating Giannis to another team. Riley would be offering Bam as the central piece to get Giannis to Miami.

Which prospects are both better than Ware and available?

Is just Giannis better than both Ja and Bam?

Yes. Isn't that obvious?

When I saw Ja playing against Giannis, it wasn’t I must reluctantly admit.

Morant is excellent, but Giannis is a perennial MVP candidate, 1st team All-NBA guy, a candidate to be on the All-defensive team every year, and seems to be a fabulous teammate, stays out of trouble, and has continued to work on his game.

Who would know. Teams don't usually publically shop their brightest young prospects.
But even if it was the case that JJJ and Ware were the best currently available, it doesn't mean Milwaukee should accept a subpar offer.

Bucks basically giving Giannis away for a bunch of meh assets. Can't see it.

If you're comparing him to Ja, that's kinda questionable.

This just doesn't make sense at all. Milwaukee is accepting a poo poo platter with no elite prospect for Giannis? They don't HAVE to trade him, which is what the OP is acting like with an offer like this.
Further, feel like Milwaukee would either take Ja and a bunch of picks for themselves and cut Miami out completely, or Memphis gets cut out completely by Miami since they aren't actually giving anything of significance to the Bucks for Giannis.
Giannis has not demanded a trade, has not requested out, nothing of the sort, in fact everything he has ever done in his career has been the exact opposite of that. Yet every time a Giannis trade gets suggested it's with posters of other teams acting like the Bucks are trapped between a rock and a hard place and have no choice but to make a crappy trade where they give up the best asset by far and have to just accept whatever spare parts these other teams "are even willing to give them" like these other franchises are doing Milwaukee a favor by taking their 2 time MVP who is perennially a contender for best player in the league off their hands.

I'm not a Grizzlies or Heat fan though?

Yeah so just cut out the Grizzlies and swap Rozier for Bam
Heat get:
Giannis
Bucks get:
Jaime Jaquez Jr.
Kel'el Ware
Nikola Jovic
Bam Adebayo
2025 Miami Heat First Round Draft Pick
2025 Golden State Warriors First Round Draft Pick (via Heat)
2030 Unprotected Miami Heat First Round Draft Pick

Too much. Bam's inclusion significantly drops the rest Miami has to give, especially if you use the Doncic-Davis trade as a template. Bam isn't on Davis's level, but he also doesn't come with Davis's injury history.
Bam, JJJ and then either picks or current prospects (Ware/Jovic), but not every asset Miami has.
